The property is nice overall. Clean, nicely stocked kitchen, good sized bedrooms. Lots of free parking. Plenty of hot water for all 7 of us to shower each day. Kids loved the pool areas. The beds and sofa could have been more comfortable. We would have appreciated more toilet paper. We were provided just two small rolls per bathroom which ran out in a day and a half. The building itself is quite noisy. We heard a lot of noise coming from the condo above us starting at 530am every morning.

I’m very happy to hear that you enjoyed the cleanliness of the home, the well-stocked kitchen, the spacious bedrooms, and that the kids had a great time at the pool areas. It’s also great to know the parking and hot water supply worked well for your group. I’m sorry to hear about the discomfort you experienced with noise from other units. As this is a vacation resort, there are times when other guests are present in surrounding condos, and unfortunately occasional noise can happen. The resort does have quiet hours in place, and security is available 24/7—guests are always encouraged to contact them right away so they can address any disturbance in real time. I also appreciate your feedback regarding the supplies and comfort of the beds and sofa. These comments are very helpful and will be taken into consideration as we continue to improve the guest experience. Thank you again for staying with us. The place was well stocked, clean and comfortable!Publix was within walking distance and The Diner in the Publix Square had delicious breakfast! Would definitely stay here again!
