The host was attentive to issues while we were onsite. The cable service was touchy and there was a broken cabinet door in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the extra blankets were nice to have available.

The only downside was the chemical used for cleaning was overpowering, but the unit was convenient and located in a great location! We loved that it was on the first floor for our dog!!

Comfortable and Convenient

Vista Cay is a great location. The apartment was very clean and convenient to publix, restaurants and convention center.We would stay here again!

Condo was across from Epic Universe it’s a 6 minute drive. It is not walk able. The apartment was very clean, kitchen was well stocked with everything you may need. It is a quiet neighborhood. Ciuld not hear anyone walking to the elevator wich was close but not in front of the unit. Plenty of towels, beds were very comfortable. Will definitely stay again at the same unit.

Great Spot!

This is a great spot in Central Orlando and worked perfectly for a work conference we had at the Orange County Convention Center. I'd recommend this to anyone!

This is a very nice property with all of the amenities needed. The location is perfect! We would consider staying here again in the future.

Wonderful property

The stay at Vista Cay was wonderful. The owner was very prompt at answering any questions i had prior to the stay. The VRBO exceeded my expectations. We will definitely book here again for our next Orlando trip.

Wonderful place

I rented this for an event I was taking my daughter to and it was just perfect. The owner was available via text for any issues and got back to me very quickly when I had a question. It was comfortable and clean and just what we needed

Carpets and bedding

The carpets in the bedroom was filthy. The bed skirt in the primary was covered in hair and just dirty. I had to clean the rug in spots. If I can't walk barefoot on the carpet then there is an issue. The bedding in another room had stains and holes.Host was very kind and responsive but out of the country so maybe unaware of the state of his unit. I did take pictures when we arrived. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean but carpets and bedding needs to go.

The property was clean but lacked in some essentials.

No wash clothes, we bought our own. Little amount of toilet paper or paper towels, only enough for two days stay with four people, we were there for 5 nights. For the time we could spend in the condo we wanted to enjoy "live" TV. In the master bedroom the TV was on a local antenna, rarely worked and if it did it was 1 channel. The main TV having Hulu wasn't able to go live. Just an easy convenience that makes the experience so worthwhile. We are sports fans and wanted to watch some sports "live" in all rooms. Even if the TV has Roku we can at least log in to our account, but not in any of the bedrooms.

Great location

Great place to stay and was very close to the parks we wanted to go to. The pool was lovely and there was even a poolside movie!

Location was great in town for getting to Icon park and restaurants

We had a great stay! We really only had a couple things to "complain" about. The master bath toilet fills slowly like almost ten minutes and we never really had any instruction on where the trash goes when the bags full and how to get into the pool areas and what the cards are for on the table. The location was great for Sea World and Universal I'm not really sure about Disney won't spend my money there. We will if in the area again try to rent this unit.

We have stayed at various units at Vista Cay and we are always happy!

This condo was perfect for our family of 6 and the kitchen was perfect for us to cook Thanksgiving dinner. The property is extremely clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable! The owner was very responsive. Highly recommend this condo!

Good Time

My family and I had an amazing time with only two complaints. The first problem , there was a needle embedded in the carpet next to the bed and my son punctured his foot with the needle. The second problem was the response of the property manager / owner . His response was “I am sorry to hear that my ,housekeeper usually does a really good job.” He did not show any concern about my son’s foot. If it were not for those two innocents I would have given a five. Also, as other guest mentioned the plants and vents really need to be cleaned.
