Our charming and cozy condo provides all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is compact yet fully equipped with a full-size fridge and stove/oven. Whether you want to cook a gourmet meal or bake a delicious dessert, you'll find all the necessary cooking tools and utensils in the kitchen. If you prefer not to cook, you can easily order food through popular apps such as Uber Eats, DoorDash, and UVA (local).
The queen-size Murphy bed is perfect for a good night's sleep, and the super quiet ceiling fan will keep you cool and relaxed throughout the night. The condo also comes with a set of fresh luxury linens for added comfort.
If you're planning a day at the beach, we've got you covered. We provide a cooler, beach towels, and chairs so you can fully enjoy your time by the shore. When you return from the beach, you can take a refreshing shower in our clean and modern bathroom.

Hi, my wife Lisa and I are a fun and an easy-going couple from CA. We enjoy traveling whenever we can find a petsitter. We enjoy beach getaways and prefer to venture out to where the locals gather. We are avid animal lovers and enjoy all genres of music. We have used a few different STR platforms over the years and are very excited to share our piece of Puerto Rico.

Enjoy this ideally located Condado/Ocean Park condo. It is steps from the beach, a few blocks from the upscale Condado area, and only one block from trendy Calle Loiza. La Concha, Marriott, Hotel Vanderbilt, and endless options of restaurants and boutiques are all within walking distance. Venturing out further, park your vehicle on the property. Dip in the pool or walk to the end of the block to the beach.

The condo is located on the residential end of Calle Ashford and the popular Kings Court. The beach is visited by more locals and is much wider and safer. You will find many volleyball games being played.
