Our property is located in a rural part of Florida in a quiet little town, If you look at the pictures on VRBO, they are accurate except for the washer recently replaced with a portable. if there was any debris on the floor or counter tops . The plumber installed a new tankless water heater the day before Please enjoy the endless hot water.The cottage is not run down. there is no cable, but cable could have been provided for an additional price. most people have Netflix, Hulu or some other streaming service. there is not a stove. However, there is a microwave, the hot plate it is a convection plate and must be used with a certain pan/pot. there is also an electric skillet that is used for cooking, and yes there is a toaster oven also, which did have 4 legs and if the leg is missing then I need to take care of it. This home is a small vacation cottage., not meant for long term use. There is a portable dishwasher that does work as long as you hook it up to the kitchen faucet. We do have pest control service that comes, and that it why the guest never saw one. All the towels are in that little closet by the bathroom, there should be 6 of them all black. There is a cleaning fee of $4./day and it is clearly stated on the VRBO site. the guest asked for a break down and my husband sent the break down , all in all the guest was actually under charged by $314. the guest asked him if we could .receive cash by venmo. The guest was directed to go through VRBO to extend the stay. for some reason vrbo required us to invoice her through the web site.The guest paid all fees after invoice was sent. The guest paid on several occasions with no complaint The whole reason we do VRBO is so that they can handle all the stuff. All payment must be directed with vrbo please make sure you book your full vacation stay with vrbo
