Charmant Appartement dans le Marais

Mon appartement est trÚs cosy, meuble avec beaucoup de piÚces anciennes que j'ai personnellement chinés. Une cuisine trÚs bien équipée, spacieuse et confortable. Parquet, tomettes, poutres apparentes, le vrai charme parisien d'un autre temps. Un salon lumineux avec un balcon ensoleillé et riche en plaintes et fleurs. Profitez de la ville comme un parisien local, tout en séjournant dans l'un des quartiers les plus authentiques et dynamiques dans Paris. Dans Le Marais / Enfants-Rouges région. Idéal pour se promener, faire du shopping pour les aliments traditionnels, aller dans les bars et les cafés ou pour visiter le Marais historique "hÎtels particuliers" ... et galeries d'art de plus que vous pouvez visiter en un mois. Nous allons vous donner les adresses ! L'appartement est également trÚs proche des transports publics (métro République, Temple et Art et Métier, bus et stations Velib à moins de 5 minutes à pied). Grand appartement de 65m2 dans un Joli bùtiment de style français, habité par des familles, trÚs calme et sûr. Beaucoup de charme et de caractÚre, avec poutres d'origine datant de 1800 est en contraste avec les murs blancs, parquet et tomettes ! Une grande chambre avec un lit de 1,60X 200 Queen Size (trÚs confortable) avec une belle salle de bain avec une grande douche. Une chambre double avec un lit 140 X200. Livres, Dvd et jouets disponibles !! Un grand salon avec salle à manger, trÚs lumineux, avec un canapé lit tout neuf avec un confortable Matelas MEMORY FORM. Nous disposons d'un accÚs Internet haut débit, une machine à laver, sÚche linge, Lecteur DVD , Télévision LCD, chaines internationales.
Cuisine trÚs bien équipée : four, micro-ondes, cave à vin, grille pain, bouilloire, robot cuisine, centrifugeuse.

We loved our stay!! The location is unbeatable. We were able to walk to so many wonderful restaurants, sights, and the grocery store. It was me, my partner, and my parents sharing the space. Wonderful to have the toilet in the more public location, and coordinating showers through one of the bedrooms was totally fine. It was so quiet and stayed quite warm (we were there in December). We have somewhat different sleep schedules, and didn't seem to bother each other. I highly recommend!!

The location is fantastic. It was very quiet (other than when the construction crew was working). The apartment has an interesting assortment of artwork and artifacts.

The neighborhood was amazing, with a lovely cafe across the street and a boulangerie two doors down. The metro was 2 blocks away, and short, convenient ride to all the attractions. Valeria was kind, responsive, and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property to friends/family, and will book again if we are able to return to Paris in the future!

Property was exactly as stated. Stayed with 3 adults and 2 children. Was appropriate space for all of us and had everything that we needed. It was close to metro and close to many shops, restaurants, and parks. Great and accurate communication from our host. Would definitely recommend to others.

Hartelijkdank voor het verblijf in jullie prachtige appartement. Zo sfeervol ingericht kom je maar zelden tegen. Midden in de stad en toch heerlijk rustig.Dicht bij de voorzieningen en bezienswaardigheden. Bijna allemaal op loopafstand te doen. E n ben je toch wat vermoeid dan is een betaalbare taxi of bus zo geregeld. Zeker een aanrader!!

Lovely apartment, but oh La Canicule

This is a beautiful, spacious apartment in an excellent location in the Marais. We've rented several Paris apartments over the years and this one had an exceptionally large, well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, perfect for me, my daughter and her 10 and 12 year old children. Unfortunately, two days after we arrived, Paris was hit with record-breaking heat (up to 103 degrees). Normally the thick stone walls and two fans in the apartment would be sufficient, but out of an abundance of caution we moved into a hotel for two nights. With just a week-long visit, we didn't want to be sleepless, dragging around exhausted children. Otherwise, the apartment was perfect, the owner very kind and responsive and I would stay there again in a minute. With an eye on the weather forecast.

Great apartment in the heart of all the action.

It really feels like you are living in someone's apartment in one of the best locations in the city. It's located at the end of the courtyard on the 1st floor (2nd floor if you are American). It has a small (shallow) balcony which let's lots of light and air in. There is one bathroom with no toilet and one separate toilet by the entrance. We were there in a 37 degree heat wave, and with the windows on and the fans blowing, we were cool enough. AC isn't really needed. Generally the apartment is quite quiet with the exception of the shop(?) downstairs having the occasional party. On Saturday night it was the French music festival, and the courtyard filled with party goers, but they seemed rather respectful. The music didn't go on too long into the night. The day before we arrived Valeria warmed us that the work to install an elevator in our stairwell had been brought forward, and there was nothing she could do. Sure enough, come Monday morning we awoke to the sound of jack hammers at 7am. Work continued until 7pm each day so our idea of coming back to the apartment to split up our excursions and take a siesta from the midday heat were shot. Absent that work though and I would expect this to be a regular haven for anyone in need of a 2 bed in this great area of town. There is sturdy looking sofa bed in the living room, but we didn't try it out. Valeria was wonderfully responsive and helpful in making sure the was no issue with our arrival, and departure, even when we left a bag

Such a wonderful experience — the accommodation was even better in person, so sweetly appointed and comfortable, and it was a truly fantastic layout for 2 couples and for a longer stay. The flat was also a in a great location - it felt exceptionally safe, made seeing the city so easy, and had lots of great restaurants in the neighborhood too for times you just wanted to stay in/nearby. The host was very kind, helpful, and communicative. I would definitely recommend this flat and would hope to return here in the future.

A wonderful stay for almost two weeks. The condo was ideally located near the Metro 3. Lots of towels, dishes, everything was clean and ready. Valeria was great on her communication and responsiveness. We had absolutely no trouble or issues during our stay. Would definitely stay here again. And recommending it to my brother who will be in Paris later this year.

Lovely Paris apartment!

Our family of four had a wonderful stay - the apartment is centrally located near several Metro stops in the Marais and a short walk from Canal St Martin. Everything you need to eat, drink, or buy is with a five minute walk. We also enjoyed the nearby park that had a small playground and plenty of places for relaxing and people watching. Valeria was very communicative and accommodated our early check in. It was also super helpful to have an in unit washer and dryer (although be warned that it took a lot longer to dry clothes than we are used to in the US). Excellent place to stay!

Fine place, not worth the hassle

The place was very clean, but cluttered so it was challenging to unpack our things. According to the listing, toiletry items were supposed to be provided but every thing was down to a single use. Also according to the listing, the third bed was supposed to be included but the host requested an additional fee to use the bed.

Great location, Great Space

We enjoyed our stay. Valeria was a good communicator, giving us extra heat quickly on a chilly wet day! Walking distance to so much in the Marais and 2 Metro stops. Would not hesitate to recommend. Bathroom set up is a bit awkward, bed pillows could be a bit fluffier but we would definitely book again.

Superb Location; Charming Apartment

This is a quintessentially French apartment - a little quirky and very comfortable. First, the quirky bit, the shower is accessed through one bedroom, no door to the shower room and the commode is in another room off the kitchen. If someone is showering who wants privacy, you need to vacate the bedroom. On the other hand, the apartment is quite comfortable and in a convenient area. You are close to three Metro stops (Temple, Republique, Arts et Metiers). A Monoprix (groceries) is close by as are a number of patisserie and cafes. It was a great home base for our exploration of Paris - good Metro access, clean, comfortable, and quaint. It seemed to have what you need if you wanted to cook. Bottom line, I'd stay here again if we get the chance to come back to the City of Light.

Wonderful Stay in Paris

Good location close to most places but away from crowds

Had a good time. Obviously France is France and for US visitors absence of A/C and peculiar size of their bathrooms may feel a nuisance but that is the nature of international travel. Paris is magnificent in so many ways that small inconveniences are not the things one will remember going back.

Great location in Paris

Our family stayed here for several days in Paris. It’s a wonderful location with great access to Metro stations and plenty of restaurants and cafĂ©s nearby. The property was clean and the rooms are quiet and it was easy to get to all the sites we wanted to visit. The local shops and restaurants made us feel at home.
