Great Location, close to shopping and beaches

We had a group of 9 meeting up for a extended weekend vacation. The house accommodated the group perfectly. The pool was great to lounge in and the house was close to the beach, shopping and dining locations. We enjoyed our stay!!!

My family of 8, which includes 3 kids and my elderly dad had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, accommodating, and in a fantastic location. Walking distance to the beach, several restaurants & shops, and mini golf. The owner was very responsive and helpful to my inquiries before I booked. We loved it!

Daytona Beach family vacation 2025

Loved having our own pool and so close to the beach ! Appreciated all the beach chairs , wagons and toys for the children . And having the pool right outside the door was wonderful !!!!!!! The kitchen was very well equipped and having 2 washer and dryers for our 3 families was great . Definitely recommend to other families . Thankyou .

Perfect Beach Location!

Read the reviews and this house delivers, plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 children. The kitchen was well stocked and anything you could need for the beach was available. After the beach a quick rinse at the outside shower and into the pool. Communication with the host and onsite manager was responsive...we will be back!

Beautiful house, great location

This house was great. It accommodated 8 couples perfectly. It was a perfect location to walk to the beach, restaurants & shopping. The owner was very good with communication. We didn’t get to use pool because it rained and was chilly but we did stick our feet in and it was heated and perfect temperature. I highly recommend this house!

Nice home, but owner should have worked with us on a credit for a problem in hs while we were there

This is a beautiful home & at first day everything was ok. Then we started noticing a smell from the back bunk bedroom. Owners got someone to remove the dead critter & tried a couple of things, but smell still lingered & we were unable to use the room. This put 4 people out of sleeping in there. Owners did not make this right with us. Called BBB but it goes back to the VRBO which I didn't have a problem with. Owner didn't make right with us !

I will not rent to this guest again. Yes, we had an unfortunate situation due to doors being left open. A squirrel apparently got into the attic, dying and producing an odor. When guest contacted the property manager she immediately went over to the property, had pest service meet her there. The problem was immediately rectified. Ozone machine and clear air machine were used to remove any lingering odor. This guest had already received a $750 discount upon booking. This guest asked the property manager to discount another $750. Property manager even offered to move the guest to another property. The guest refused only wanting more money discounted. Guest communicated with the property manager everything was fine. Our home sleeps 14, there were only supposed to be 10 people. In other words there were still available beds although the room in question had been slept in. I would not consider renting to this guest again due to her threatening manner after departure to our property manager and wanting a free vacation.

Only had one quick snafu at check-in… my phone number must’ve been entered wrong accidentally. But I was given a new number to use the minute I contacted them. So, their communication was wonderful! We would 100% rent from Lou Anne again! The house/pool was perfect for our family, location was perfect (basically across the street from the beach) and just steps from a few amazing restaurants, beach shops and mini golf. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Exceptional experience

We were in town for a family gathering. This place exceeded our expectations. Even though a hurricane interrupted the stay, the manager and owner accommodated our reservation with no problem. The home I was beautiful, clean and just right for a large family. The location is perfect-just across the street from the beach. We walked over to see the sun rise each day. We certainly will be back.

Perfect Florida Getaway

This property has it all! It is a block away from the beach, has a private pool, and the house has everything you need to enjoy your stay! We loved the layout of the house ~ so many bedrooms and lots of open space for gathering. The property also provides all of the extra things that you might want to use during your stay such as beach towels, beach carts, beach chairs and so much more! There was great communication with the property manager and she was extremely friendly and helpful! We are looking forward to staying at this property again in the near future!!

Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay here! The location was perfect for our family, away from the hustle of Daytona Beach but still very close to everything. Ormond Beach is a great place to visit.

wonderful property

Loved this property for it's spacious living; nice pool and it was close enough to walk to the beach. beach wagon, chairs and some toys for the kiddos. Loved having the washers and dryers, and 2 fridges. perfect home for large family group. The owners were great and helpful. We would definitely recommend this property.
