Situé au rez-de-chaussée d'un bâtiment historique, l'appartement offre un environnement authentique et accueillant, idéal pour les couples ou les petits groupes à la recherche d'une expérience plus personnelle et riche en caractère à Rome.

Le loft se développe sur deux niveaux : le niveau inférieur présente un espace de vie fonctionnel et accueillant, tandis que le niveau supérieur accueille la zone nuit, garantissant une plus grande intimité. L'appartement peut accueillir jusqu'à 3 hôtes et est particulièrement adapté aux séjours romantiques ou aux petites familles.

L'environnement est tranquille et plein de caractère, parfait pour se détendre après une journée d'exploration de la ville.

Perfect location, central to many sights by foot. Property manager was very helpful in navigating logistics and recommendations. She made herself very accessible and was a pleasure to work with.

Fantastic location in Rome

My daughters and I really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is well furnished and within walking distance to all the main attractions, restaurants and most importantly - Gelaterias! The pre-arranged ride from the airport was perfect and Benedetta was very helpful arranging taxis and providing recommendations for visiting Rome. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

Loved the apartment and the neighbourhood

We spent 4 nights and had a blast. Great location, close to everything and a bunch of great restaurants nearby. Walkable to the Vatican, Pantheon etc., and the street itself is nice and quiet at night. Funky layout with all amenities, we didn’t lack for anything. Benedetta helped us arrange a taxi to the airport too, much appreciated. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Rome Adventure

Our location always required a little walking to get anywhere. With 2 floors, as a couple over 70, one floor would have been better. For younger travelers than us, it was fine. The best part of our stay was the support we received from the rental manager. She was an amazing person, super helpful and would recommend this apartment just based on her.

Great location

The apartment is small but comfortable for two. The bed is getting tired and should be replaced. While there is air conditioning, with the bedroom on the top floor it does not get as cool as the bottom floor.

Well - located apartment with a wonderful hostess

Property manager, Benedetta , was wonderful- so kind and caring and always on hand to help. She arranged taxis to and from the airport; she recommended restaurants and booked Bernini’s on Piazza Navona twice for us which was fantastic. The apartment is situated on a fairly quiet street in the historic quarter and is within walking distance of many sights. It is not as bright and airy as the photos suggest , particularly downstairs. Overall , a great location and base for our first visit to Rome and Benedetta made it for us.

Rome visit

This property was in a wonderful location. We walked to everything we wanted to see. There was a cute coffee shop just around the corner for the morning cafe and cornetto. Our hostess was super and arranged pick up at the airport as well as a taxi to take us to our rental car location the day we left Rome. She also recommended places to eat and get gelato. We were very happy with everything except the bed was short for my husband who is6’4” tall and the mattress was pretty hard. After walking 11 miles per day we did not notice that too much though. Overall I would recommend this as a great place to stay while touring the center of Rome. It was quiet and seemed very safe.

Quaint Rome Neighborhood

We loved our stay in Rome. This neighborhood was the perfect location for us. Quiet yet close to Trastevere for dinner and shopping and just a few blocks from the Vatican City and Castel Sant Angelo just on the other side of the Tiber River. There were pastry shops, a grocery store, and excellent restaurants close by. The loft bed is not plush, so keep that in mind. Also, the loft was very warm (we had 85 degree days) and did not cool down as fast as we would have liked. However the first level stays cool with the air conditioner. Bernadetta is wonderful and will order a car for pick up and return to the airport for $55 euro each way. We traveled on our own and loved the freedom of having our own schedule. Thank you Bernadetta for your wonderful welcome and hospitality. We appreciate you.

Nice, but could use some improvements

Our host, Bennedetta, was great and more than accommodating, so the "okay "review has nothing to do with her. The property was well located, had everything we needed, and our stay there was pleasant. However, I felt like the place could have been decluttered, no one needs a shelf of Encyclopedias in their bedroom on holiday, or a collection of rocks on a bathroom shelf, especially when space is at a minimum. The mattress definitely needs to be replaced. The linens without a doubt need to be upgraded, the water heater is noisy at night and sometimes smells of gas. The washer was confusing to use and ruined a couple of tee shirts. It was boiling hot upstairs, but if you opened the window. it was too noisy to sleep and the downstairs became too cold. The aerators on both the bathroom sink and bidet should be replaced, since only a trickle of water comes out. The freezer in the frigde was just solid frost. The curtains were practically rags and absolutely useless - THROW THEM AWAY!! The whole thing could use a refresh...and that is not how it appears on the website.

Très bonne situation

Très bon accueil de Benedetta. Appartement pour deux personnes très bien situé, pour accéder à pied (ou en bus) aux principaux sites touristiques. L'appartement mériterait un rafraichissement concernant les équipements de cuisine et de salle de bains (robinetterie et problème de pression d'eau chaude pour la douche). De plus la literie est vraiment inconfortable et le matelas doit être absolument remplacé.

fabuleux séjour à Rome

Nous avons été accueilli parfaitement par Ana Paula qui nous attendait à l'appartement : vous lui faites un message pour préciser votre heure d'arrivée quand vous êtes à l'aéroport. L'appartement est propre et conforme aux photographies, le seul bémol est qu'il est en rez de chaussée et donc un peu bruyant quand quelqu'un entre on sort de l'immeuble mais la rue est calme. Il est cependant parfaitement placé et nous avons pu tout faire à pieds de l'appartement que nous recommandons vivement.

Ich möchte einmal sagen der Check in war etwas holprig ansonsten war die Wohnung OK wenn man weiß dass es in Italien überall und fast zu jeder Zeit laut ist. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und zwar in einem ordentlichen Zustand. Von mir kann eine Empfehlung ausgesprochen werden.

First and for most special shout-out to Mrs Benedette for being so amazing & kind to us. We had an awesome time in Rome. The apt was perfect for the 3 of us and the location was truly a plus. We will definitely rent again.

The apt was in the centre of Rome & an excellent location for touring.

I cannot say enough about our hostess, Benedetta! She was there to let us in & arranged all our taxis for the following days. She came immediately once when we lost our keys & let us in as well as being available by phone at all times! It was an excellent stay & we wouldn’t hesitate to book there again!

One-of-a-kind experience

The property, while small by American standards, was an absolute delight to stay in. The neighborhood puts you in the middle of all of historic Rome, on a quiet street with shops, cafes, and restaurants. We began connecting with our barista, found some servers we came back to see, and immensely enjoyed our stay. Property manager, Benedetta, went above and beyond taking care of us and assisting us with arrangements to and from the airport, as well as some airline issues. She’s even contacted me after making it back to the states to ensure everything worked out. I’ll never forget this trip!
