Summer Breeze’s “Beach Vibes,” Unit #111 is located on the 1st floor in the Summer Breeze Condominiums on the famous historic Old 98 highway in Miramar Beach/Destin Florida. “Beach Vibes” is located directly across the street from Miramar Beach Regional Beach, a county maintained public beach that provides beach service and lifeguard protection. You will get to experience the beautiful beach with its' beautiful Emerald waters and sugary white sand that you can dip your toes into while relaxing & enjoying a cool beverage of your choice.

“Beach Vibes” Unit #111, is a “ONE OF A KIND!” Decorated after the throwback days of Florida 1940’s & 1950’s retro boutique motels & cottages with exuberant charm, colorful décor, and attention to detail right down to the retro black and white photos from the late 1940’s to 1950’s. You will feel you have traveled back in time so you can enjoy a well-deserved vacation with your family and friends. Beach Vibes is NOT a cookie cut out decorated unit. “Beach Vibes” includes a full kitchen with everything you need to make family meals or a romantic dinner. It has a master bedroom and 2 adorable bunk beds with a pocket door for privacy from the living room. The living room includes a 50” smart TV, games, books a pull-out sleeper sofa and a dining area with seating for 6. Outside on the patio there is a picnic table, conversation chairs, beach toys & rafts.

Summer Breeze “Beach Vibes,” Unit 111 has a private balcony with lush landscaping directly in front of you. It has a partial ocean view to the left, so you can enjoy the morning birds chirping while you sip your cup of coffee and in the evening, you can enjoy the famous Florida sunsets. “Beach Vibes” is great if you have kids because the grassy garden area in front of the balcony provides a natural extension to your unit where you can play lawn games with your kids or friends. “Did I hear anyone say “corn hole.” Summer Breeze, “Beach Vibes” also has a beautiful pool, hot tub, outdoor showers to rinse off sandy toes and feet, plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas, cocktail tables, picnic tables and grills for you to use during your stay. There is also a washer and dryer unit directly outside unit 111 should you need that during your stay.
