Spacieux condo 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain au 9ème étage. Situé directement sur la plage dans la communauté fermée de Breakers East. Profitez des belles plages de sable blanc de la côte d'émeraude. Détendez-vous sur votre balcon privé de 30 pieds avec une vue spectaculaire sur le front de mer.

Cuisine entièrement équipée.
La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size; télévision par câble à écran plat / DVD; rideaux occultants.
Master suite salle de bain a combinaison baignoire / douche et vanité simple.
La deuxième chambre dispose de 2 lits queen size; télévision par câble.
La deuxième salle de bain a une combinaison baignoire / douche et une seule vanité.

Breakers East est situé au cœur de la rue du parc aquatique de Big Kahuna. Marchez jusqu'au fast food Pizza Hut, Wendy's, Chic-fil-a, Waffle House et Subway. «The Track» est situé à quelques pâtés de maisons des karts à pédales, du golf miniature, des salles de jeux électroniques, des bateaux tamponneurs, du saut à l'élastique. Pour les jours de pluie, le cinéma Rave ou Fishbowl and Grill (bowling) de Uncle Buck est situé dans le centre commercial Destin Commons. À proximité du golf, de la cuisine de classe mondiale, du centre commercial Silver Sands, du parachute ascensionnel, des croisières avec les dauphins et bien plus encore.

Our party of 7 very much enjoyed our stay in Destin. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The beach chairs with umbrella was a very nice addition. We also enjoyed the pool and pickleball courts. I would definitely recommend it for a fun, relaxing getaway.

Wonderful spring break

My parents are older with health issues and wanted one last trip to a beach. They had never stayed in a condo and were so happy. This was a wonderful memory for our family!

Wonderful condo!!

Loved this place. This was our first time to visit and Breakers East did not disappoint. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. My favorite was the giant island. We will return for sure!!

All you need!

The condo is very well equipped for those who prefer to travel light. Everything you need is there. Perfect location to Shops, Restaurants, and places to have fun. Yes, a great view of the beach from the balcony. Private access to the private beach was great, over crowding wasn't an issue. I would definitely stay here again, if available, when I return to Destin.

Great Unit, Great Property, Great Views

This unit was very clean, updated and had everything we needed and then some! It was so nice to have added blankets, towels and ample kitchen equipment. Everything was also so spacious. The communication with the property manager was excellent. We loved the peacefulness at the Breakers and look forward to returning.

Perfect Getaway

This condominium was just what we was looking for. Everything was exactly what the pictures showed and more. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that you would need and there were plenty of towels and amenities for everyone. The view was fantastic. There was plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance to the room. The condo was very well cleaned and ready for us to start our vacation. We will definitely be staying again. We highly recommend Breakers East Condominium.

Nice stay!

Well kept unit, everything is neat and clean. Minor complaint is that water isn't hot enough in the shower. Also, unit floor had a layer of sand which could be attributed to improper housekeeping. I would recommend.

Everything was perfect and the veiw was like a picture. However, heavy traffic around the location. (but quiet inside) If you are not used to drive then it could be tough. Also, if you want to cook, you better to come with own knife. The knife was too blunt

We've rented with them for the past 3 years, and have always had a great experience with the properties and with her team's attention to our needs. This property was no exception... amply stocked with everything we needed, clean, comfortable, and with an amazing view of the Gulf. The dryer could use an upgrade (took a couple of cycles to dry clothes), and an ice maker would be a huge add, but overall everything was awesome. Will definitely be coming back!
