Our family had a wonderful time staying at this home for our vacation. The house was very clean, we loved the layout with open concept (stocked) kitchen, living, and dining rooms, and also the separate kids hangout, and a separate sitting room in the back. We enjoyed the hot tub each night. The location was wonderful and put us close to so many of the local attractions that we wanted to visit. We even saw a deer on the side of the road on our arrival.

Beautiful Winter Getaway

Loved the layout of property, the open concept in the living room, kitchen, dining room made the space roomy and comfortable for a large group. The location to the mountains was great for our weekend trip as well. Great hosts!

Perfect place to stay for a ski weekend

We stayed for a week for our annual family ski trip and we could not have asked for a better home base. The house is perfectly located between Conway and all of the best ski resorts in the area (Attitash, Wildcat, Black Mountain) and provided us everything we could have asked for. It has a massive, open-plan living room/kitchen area with a gas powered wood stove, play room for the kids, and comfortable bedrooms. The host was responsive and helpful throughout!

Great home and location for our two families of 5.

The location and size of home easily accommodated our 6 children and 4 adults. The house was well maintained, updated, and very clean. It is in a great location just outside of North Conway and right next to Story Land. Awesome place to stay and highly recommend doing so.

Quick trip

We stayed here for a weekend trip to Story Land. The house is very nice and couldn’t be any closer to Story Land. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect cozy place to spend your vacation

If you planning for saco river tubing this a convenient location. We missed out using hot tub, however may be our next stay we might plan. There is a beautiful room in attic (kids room), I think it revived childhood memories for some of my buddies. Must stay place !!!

Great Stay!

This property had everything needed for a friends ski weekend. The place was spacious and had great amenities like the hot tub, many tvs and foosball. The only complaint I would have is the previous renters left a garbage can full of beer cans and food in the fridge that we had to throw out. Other than that, the stay was great and close to so much!

Weekend Getaway

We really enjoyed staying at Molly’s house. It was perfect for our group and had everything we needed to relax after a day of snowmobiling. Would recommend staying here!

Awesome place

We have stayed at this wonderful house several times over the past few years. We use it as a base for skiing Wildcat or Bretton Woods in the winter, and for hiking the Whites in the Summer/Fall. Lots of space. Clean. My three kids love it! We have nothing but good memories and positive comments about the house and location.

cozy chalet

We loved this house and location! It was very clean, the layout was perfect for us. Being able to cook, watch tv, sit at the island bar all together was just what we wanted. The hot tub was a plus being so cold. The kitchen was set up very well. Overall, we will definitely stay there again.

great year-end break week stay

We had a week-long stay over year-end school break. Molly offered us early check-in though we did not need it. Place was very clean, easy to keep warm with the flip-fireplace/stove. Hot tub out back was great - clean, all the panel buttons worked. Fully functional amenities - we had everything we needed to cook, do laundry. The game room was very fun, and there were board games & TV with Roku & cable. Close to severa ski & snowshoeing places. All in all a great place, easy to relax, would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home, spacious with cozy feel

We loved this spacious but cozy feeling home. . it was located in our favorite area Christmas Mtn. It was spotless when we arrived and equipped with everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable too. The check in and out process was super easy as well. We look forward to our next visit.

Awesome adventure

We loved our stay here during Columbus Day weekend! House is beautiful and bigger than description. Had everything that we needed plus more! The kids loved sleeping in the loft and they loved the game room. Hot tub was amazing! This house was so comfortable. The views from the neighborhood are incredible! Molly was so good with communication before and during our stay. We will definitely be returning!

Disappointing. Broken Hot Tub, Construction every where, urine stained mattress pad

House was spacious, the neighborhood was nice and the proximity to area attractions was great. 7 days prior to our stay Molly let us know the back porch was under construction and it would not impact our stay. She also mentioned then just a week before our stay that the hot tub was hot and clean but the display was touchy and we may need to press down on the panel to get the jets to work. We found the hot tub display was 100% non-responsive; my husband works hard labor for a living and it was his #1 request for the rental when I booked back in July. Construction on the back porch is very major (full addition) dangerous hanging supports under the porch and an unfinished opened staircase (should be taped off). This made the backyard completely unusable and dangerous. This also left no real access to the backyard. Construction debris in the front yard as well including a razor blade still on the stone wall and a port-a-potty. These concerns could have been address more appropriately with more notice to us with time to cancel or a discount off our stay as the Porch has certainly been going on for months, and I have a feeling the hot tub broke when they moved it off the original back porch months ago. Instead Molly told us they would be out to fix the hot tub after we had checked out for our 5 night stay and she would refund us just pennies for the hot tub not working. I found this insulting. We paid $$ extra a night for that one amenity. The icing on this terrible disaster of a rental is when we stripped the master bed to find blood stains on the pillow and a urine stained mattress pad. Funny as I would say the whole rest of the house was very clean but this was so gross! I loved walking all the loops and hills with my dogs, very nice neighborhood for that. There is so much space inside for playing and family time. Each AC unit in the bedroom has a blue blinking light that goes off like a strobe light every few seconds in every bedroom that was very annoying especially when falling asleep. The step ladder into the kids loft was so dangerous, the railing should be higher and the ladder permanent, a kid could easily have the ladder slip and fall right over the side. But my kids 5 & 8 loved the loft so much, they called it their secret bunker. Disappointed in this stay for sure, especially for the a Premium we paid. I found these major items to be unacceptable for such a premium and that the rental did not meet its description.

Perfect White Mountain Stay

This place surpassed our expectations. It’s better than what the pictures depict and exactly what we look for in a rental. It was very clean, the host was easy to Communicate with and the location can’t be beat! We are also used to having to baby proof places where we stay as we have a 13 month old
 this place is thoughtfully baby proofed and made traveling much simpler for us! We highly recommend booking!
