The large kitchen offers abundant storage, an open breakfast bar, central island, and a walk-in pantry. It comes fully equipped with quality utensils, place settings, appliances, and cookware, making it perfect for hosting large family gatherings. Adjacent to the kitchen, the deck provides ample seating and a dining area with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, where you can often spot ocean wildlife.

The generous master suite opens to a large balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico through double glass sliding doors. Inside, you'll find a king-size bed, a cozy seating area, a spacious walk-in closet, and an upscale bathroom with a luxurious soaking tub and a walk-in shower.

Upstairs, the den (which can also serve as a second master bedroom) offers awe-inspiring views from its private balcony, seemingly floating above the Gulf of Mexico. This den features a king-size bed (not pictured), a substantial built-in desk, and a lavish ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The additional bedrooms are as follows:
