Home Sweet Lake Home est une maison neuve magnifiquement construite situĂ©e dans une communautĂ© fermĂ©e avec une piscine privĂ©e chauffĂ©e. À quelques pas du lac LBJ, vous aurez accĂšs Ă  une cale de bateau ainsi qu'Ă  une rampe de mise Ă  l'eau dans la marina du quartier. Le centre d'agrĂ©ment juste en bas de la rue offre Ă©galement de nombreuses options de divertissement: piscine commune, volley-ball de sable, but de basket-ball et cornichon. Il est idĂ©alement situĂ© Ă  proximitĂ© des restaurants, de l'Ă©picerie et du parcours de golf Legends!

En bas: La chambre principale et la deuxiĂšme chambre d'hĂŽtes sont en bas et chacune a un lit king size. Master a une douche Ă  l'italienne et Second Guest a une baignoire et une douche.

A l'étage: La troisiÚme chambre d'hÎtes dispose de deux lits superposés jumeaux et d'une baignoire et d'une douche adjacentes.

Téléviseurs à écran plat avec connexion Internet sont dans le salon, la chambre principale et le grenier à l'étage; tous sont des appareils Roku. Comptoirs de granit dans la cuisine et planchers de vinyle en bas, tapis à l'étage. Buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse à haute efficacité sont inclus.

Le grand patio arriÚre est idéal pour se divertir avec une piscine chauffée. Un haut-parleur Bluetooth est fourni avec la configuration du trou de maïs.

BOOK this house NOW


Just finished our stay here for the extended July 4th weekend with our adult “kids” and their spouses. This house is perfect in every way- comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, plenty of space to entertain, and an available covered boat slip (with lift) and a jetski ramp. There’s also a big patio in the back yard and a private pool. Jeff, the owner, is extremely responsive and accommodating and he checked in with us frequently to make sure our stay was great. Your search is over, if this place is available you can book this house with confidence!

Perfect Family Spot!!

Wonderful stay

This was the second time we've stayed at the property, which should give you an indication of how much we loved it the first time around. The owner/manager of the property is spot on with communication and checking in to ensure you have a wonderful stay. The Boat dock is a short walk from the house, and the pool at the house is a great second option. The home came equipped with a bunch of extra's to include access to paddle boards and fishing equipment which we were able to utilize. My daughter caught her first fish, and went on to catch 7 more! Jeff was great in laying out all the information necessary and more! As his family enjoys the lake throughout the year they included a list of their favorite spots (which I'm pretty sure are now our favorites to) You won't go wrong for the price point and you'll love watching the sun set behind the house while the kids splash in the pool! We will be back again, maybe sooner than last year :)

Amazing!

Our stay was amazing! There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep and the whole house was very pretty and clean! It's not right on the lake but it was still close enough that we could walk a bit and go swiming! The paddle boards at the house were with BIG hit we used them almost everyday! We also really enjoyed the amenities especially the pickle ball court and all the equipment to play was already at the house which was very nice. Overall a very good stay and would definitely do it again!

Fantastic Family Lake Get-Away

We had a fantastic visit over Memorial Day with our three children. The home is extremely clean, well organized and comfortable. The pool, which is relatively small and not very deep, was perfect for young children. We also enjoyed the amenity center, which includes a larger pool. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. We will return.

Amazing Stay

Everything was perfect on our stay. The house was very clean and well maintained. We took advantage of the basketball court, pickle ball court and sand volleyball court every day and owner of property had sports supplies although we brought our own. We also took advantage of owners kayaks/SUP which we spent several hours on the lake. The pool and grill were as advertised both clean and well functioning. Owner was very attentive to questions and our stay was great. We had wife’s parents and our five kids and the space was perfect. We definitely stay here again. Obviously out of the owners control and I don’t hold him responsible for this but there is a lot of new construction and work would start at 7am. Definitely loved the location and amenities.

Great family place

This was a perfect family vacation spot. The owners were very quick to communicate and the house was exactly as described, maybe better. The pool was perfect for my family of 4 and the house was spotless. There was plenty to do and keep us entertained. Will come back!

Great home for a family vacation.

This house was beautiful and clean. We had 2 toddlers and 1 a 7 month old baby with us and it was perfect. The house had kid plates, spoons, bowls and cups. Also had pool toys for the little one. Freddy was very attentive and responding when I needed something. We will be coming back! Great home!

Awesome house with great owners!

Beautiful clean house with amazing pool. Great location on the lake. It was really nice to have a boat slip with a lift for our tritoon boat. We have rented from VRBO for over 15 years and Jeff and His wife are the nicest most caring owners we have ever rented from. We will definitely rent this house again!

Absolutely wonderful stay

Everything was clean, and we had everything we needed for our stay. The pool is perfect to relax and let the kids play. The location is perfect—a few steps to the marina, 5 minute drive to town for store and restaurants, etc. The owner responded quickly before and during stay. The house is nice and was perfect for our party of ten.
