The Space:

Beautiful home that located between Lenox and Stockbridge.  Minutes from Downtown Lee, Stockbridge and Lenox.  Large nice yard, two car Garage and plenty of parking.  Home offers an open floor plan for the kitchen and living room along with four bedrooms, and two full bathrooms.  There is a State forest walking trail down the street. Great location in the heart of the Berkshires.  Moments from all that you will need.





Private above ground pool perfect to cool off and enjoy the summer while relaxing with friends and family.





Central proximity to the ski locations throughout the county! Basement entry offers fabulous storage for ski and snow gear.



Other Things to Note:

Both bathrooms are located on the first floor!

One is an ensuite master bath.

Please note entry to the house is up the hill in front or through the garage and up the stairs. There is also a slider in back.

Very spacious property in a quiet neighborhood but very convenient to several local towns with lots to do. Owners were very thoughtful (left us some goodies) and corresponded frequently and were very responsive answering all questions promptly.

Family Ski Trip

This was a great property, convenient to Butternut Ski Resort, Stockbridge, Lee and Great Barrington. There was plenty of room for our extended family! Teva was extremely helpful and checked in with us via text to make sure we had everything we needed. We loved the welcome gifts!

Great house for a group

Beautiful kitchen and great room - speaker system was perfect for a group. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable, and the house easily slept many. The pool does not have a heater so unfortunately was not able to be used as it was too cold. Hoped the outdoor furniture would be a little nicer/ easier for the whole group to sit outside. Check in and out was very easy process. Hosts were super nice, welcome, and accommodating.

Great Location and Spacious House

A great house! We were here for a "girls' weekend" and had a blast! The living/dining area is very spacious and with 8 of us we loved the huge dining table. We had an issue with the pool, but Teva had the pool people there to resolve the problem within the hour and they followed up with us the next day to make sure all was ok. Wonderful welcome snacks and food with wine. Very well stocked kitchen including fresh spices and extras. Beds are very comfortable and plenty of towels and toiletries. The AC splits worked very well for keeping us cool. This house would also be a great place for kids with a nice yard in addition to the pool. All the best attractions were a quick drive away. We enjoyed Tanglewood, Norman Rockwell Museum, Highlawn Farm dairy, drinks on the porch at Red Lion and dinner at 51 Park in Stockbridge. We hope to return again.

This home surpassed our expectations...it is a gem; it was spotless and beautifully decorated with each corner having aesthetic appeal. Located in an area close to the center of town; this place was perfect for the sites and places we wanted to visit on our long weekend getaway. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. He provided excellent tips on local eateries and attractions. His communication was seamless; responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. We also loved the charm and decor of this place! I was also impressed by all the attention to detail! The kitchen was stocked with all essentials, even providing a welcome snack, coffee and little things we may have forgotten to bring. The master bedroom was cozy and the bed incredibly comfortable. The ensuite bath offered a relaxing tub with jets to sooth the body and mind. This place is also a perfect family-friendly spot. The host thoughtfully provided toys and books for little ones, bikes in the garage, making a child's stay even more memorable. The TV was easy to operate and all TVs throughout were smart TVs. The indoor flowers throughout added beauty and freshness to the space. We felt safe and secure throughout our stay. Our host was thorough in providing home and heating safety instructions, and local emergency numbers. Our host's thoughtful touches made our stay so memorable, and we will return soon!

A truly super superhost and a well-appointed home in a great location

We stayed here recently for a family reunion. Each family had their own house, so I stayed with my parents, my sister, my spouse, and our teenage daughter. Our amazing host left so many thoughtful goodies for us. We were all wowed, even though I'd read that they do this! The house itself has four comfortable bedrooms (the master bedroom's full bath includes a huge jacuzzi tub), but we spent most of our time in the living room. We loved the large TV and the sound system. This place has a really homey, warm vibe (literally warm with the excellent heat pumps). The only small issues worth mentioning: two people in our party found the mattresses soft and had trouble sleeping; there is no bathroom on the top floor (with two bedrooms); and the top upstairs step is a little higher than the other steps, making it slightly precarious for anyone unsteady on their feet, especially if they need to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. But if that's not a problem (and it wasn't for us) - this place is wonderful!

Wonderful stay

We have an amazing stay at this property. The house is even better than the photos, and very comfortable and clean. The owners also added many extra thoughtful touches - snacks, games, bathroom amenities, that just made us feel like we were being looked after. We used the pool every day. The owners were very attentive and checked in. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Great house, area and host!

The house has everything one needs for a very comfortable stay. It is perfectly located (15 min from Butternut ski area) among very cute towns. Teva was the perfect host (she provided snacks and wine upon arrival, water etc) and the house very clean. We had a great time, thank you!

Wonderful location and comfortable house

We had a big group of family and friends for my husband’s birthday, and this place was perfectly located in a gorgeous woodsy spot near sweet Berkshires towns where we could easily pop in for coffee, cocktails, or food. The house itself is very comfortable but not oppressively elegant, the kind of place where you won’t be nervous about making yourself at home for fear of messing something up. The open kitchen and living area downstairs is perfect for preparing food while still being part of the larger group, while the upstairs bedrooms allow for quiet time and work, with a desk in them both. We really enjoyed ourselves here.

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay at the Berkshires. It was our first time in the area and our group of 10 loved it. Teva was responsive and came by to drop off coal in addition to sending people to help us with the dishwasher (you have to slam it hard to get it to work). The pool was great but chilly as it is not heated. The fire pit was lovely and the set up was nice. The kitchen is well stocked. Teva kindly allowed us to have a late checkout as one of us needed to stay on a work call. Overall, I recommend this place and would definitely come back.

Berkshire Escape

This property was a great location for our fall getaway to the Berkshires. The open floor plan of the living room, dining area and kitchen perfectly fit our needs. We could easily cook and visit as we spent time together. Teva, the property manager, was easily available and made every effort to ensure that we were comfortable and well taken care of. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Girl's weekend getaway - 10 of us. Four bedrooms and two comfortable pull out sofa/beds. Great location! Clean and the property manager & owner are easy to work with and happy to help with anything.
