Welcome to Villages B293, a studio condo in the heart of Seacrest Beach! The condo is centrally located allowing you to enjoy the great shops in the Villages of So Walton, the shops at Rosemary and the great opportunities along 30A. The Villages provide access to a great community pool and seasonal tram service to the beach. The condo sleeps 4 and has a kitchenette. B293 is perfect for couples looking to get away for a weekend, week or an extended winter stay.

What should I do in Paradise?
1. Villages B293 is in the Seacrest Beach subdivision close to Rosemary Beach, 30Avenue, Inlet Beach for entertainment, shopping, and dining
2. Bike ride along the 19 miles of scenic Highway 30A.
3. Recreation includes parks, walkways, swimming, tennis, kayaking, surf or lake fishing, bicycling and snorkeling.
4. Enjoy the Sunday Farmer's Market with local vendors in Rosemary Beach.
5. Treat yourself to a spa day.

*Please note: You must be at least 25 years old to rent
*Seasonal tram service runs from March 1st to October 31st. The hours for tram service are 9am to 6pm. When busy the tram will operate continuously and during slower period you can call the dispatch line for pick up.
**Please be aware this area has a lot of development and new construction going on. At any given point adjacent properties to properties we manage may go under construction to which we are not notified. Paradise Properties is not liable for any construction happening outside of the properties we manage.**
*Please know that effective today, September 28, 2023, signage has been posted around property stating that there is to be no smoking within 25 feet of the building(s). This was voted upon and approved by the Village Community Association Board of Directors. There will be a dedicated smoking area that is located in the center section between Buildings E/F and H. Security will be helping to enforce this rule. For commercial unit owners, please ensure this information is communicated with your lessee.

Perfect Location
We visited during Memorial weekend and it was a perfect time! The location was amazing and there was live music every night outside the plaza. We stayed in the H building next to the parking lot and swimming pool and we didn’t hear any noise outside the room. It was confusing to find the building and room numbers (they should have better signs) but overall a wonderful weekend trip!! I will book the same room again!

Stay was great- if you are an early riser- the sheer window treatments will not bother you. The toilet and fan light needed attn - besides that it was clean and good.

Not great
We called maintenance for repairs in shower and wifi days 1 and 2 Still waiting to hear back from “upper management” we have already checked out. I sent pics of stained sheets and pillow zero response. This is just unacceptable.
