Hi Shannon, thank you for staying with us. There are two ways to reach us. The best way is via 30A - scenic route. The route you mentioned from the back of the property is not controlled or owned by us and its a route seldemly used or visited by guests. At any rate we are excited that you loved our property and we hope we have an opportunity to host you again.

Hi Wayne, We are sorry that the property did not meet your expectations. As mentioned in the response to your multiple inquiries, Unit is 340 sf and is compact. Shower works great as long as you push/turn the shower knob all the way. This also controls delivery of hot water into the shower. Sincerely - Property Managent.

The guest is absolutely correct. It was my mistake not to attach check in instructions and at the time when guest arrived (around 6PM) I was in Europe and because of the time difference (1AM) I simply didn't see the message and I also missed the call. It was the first time that it happened since we are renting the house in the last ten years, but still no good excuse. Zlatan (Owner and the manager)

Jennie, I most certainly did respond to your multiple complaints. First, you contacted me at 1130 pm with a complaint that you did not have pillows. Shocked by this, I contacted the cleaning at 6 am and they assured me that you had pillows on the bed when they left and additional pillows in a drawer under the bed. I told the cleaning crew to contact you in regards to this to ensure that the "issue" was resolved. you then proceeded to contact me again and told me that there were "decorative pillows" there but only one pillowcase for the additional pillows. We do not have decorative pillows in that unit. You went on to say that the unit was not cleaned and there was "hair everywhere and the shower was dirty." When I asked you to send me pictures, you sent me a bunch of corrupted files. I followed up with the cleaning crew, who we have been using for nearly 2 years who ensured me that the place was spotless on your arrival. They went back in order to appease you and re-swept the unit again and left you additional pillowcases for your 3 night stay. Your complaints about soap stains in the shower from the previous guest were without merit as the stone in the shower changes colors when wet due to how porous it is. We have always addressed any issues with cleanliness or scheduling problems in a customer service oriented manner . This can be confirmed by our prior reviews. If any merit to your complaints existed, we certainly would have taking the appropriate corrective action. In your case, however, the complaints were meritless or severely exaggerated.
