This adorable studio is conveniently located in the Village of South Walton in Building H. Beautifully and tastefully decorated, this unit has everything you need to enjoy your stay, including a queen bed, sofa, bistro table, and flat screen TV. Location makes this a great beach retreat as it is in the heart of the action, just a few feet from both pools and a few yards to Rosemary Beach. This unit features a kitchenette with refrigerator, sink, coffeemaker, designer cabinets, granite counter tops and full bath. The Village of South Walton community offers two heated pools, tram service to the deeded beach access, restaurants, bike rentals and boutique shopping.

Great getaway!

My husband and I booked this condo for our anniversary. We stayed for a long weekend and things couldn’t have gone smoother. Fantastic location in the heart of all the action.

Best location for the price!

Loved the location- cannot be beat for the price!! We parked our car when we arrived and didn't get back in till it was time to leave! So many restaurants and shops a short walk away - beach was easy to get to and the pool at this complex was amazing!! Condo itself was small but comfortable and clean..

Cute place, minor issues that need to be addressed

Location is great. The bed and pillows are a little uncomfortable. The body wash, shampoo and conditioner containers were all over the shower when we arrived and were empty. I saw 2 bugs during our stay in the bathroom. There were no wristbands for the property as advertised and communicated, therefore we did not get to enjoy the pool of beach as expected. The beaches are private access. This was a huge bummer for my husband and I. I would not stay in this specific rental again, but would look for one in the same location.

We pulled in and immediately thought how perfect this place is! The location is perfect. We unpacked, walked to a restaurant that was great. Things went downhill when we came back to relax. There were no batteries in the remotes so we put a ticket in for that and the tv not being hooked up properly. That ticket was never taken care of the whole week. The bed I can only describe as a mix between a trampoline and a warm marshmallow. It was so soft that when you rolled over you almost bounced the other person out of the bed. Then in the middle of the night water started aggressively dripping out of the mini split ac. We turned it off thinking it froze and we turned back on in the morning to 77 and within an hour it started dripping again. We put a ticket in for that and it never got takin care of either.

The complex was beautiful but room was old. Big hole under AC and restroom, missing outlet cover and couch had mold and very dirty. The door does not lock when we would leave.

Seacrest Beach

This unit was located close to Rosemary Beach, restaurants and shopping. The unit was outdated and overall dirty. There may be mold issue that caused an allergic reaction during our stay. The furniture was stained and dirty and there appeared to be mold on the bathroom ceiling. The pillows were stained yellow and there was an odor from them. It was an uncomfortable stay.

Horrible filthy unit.. but good location

My daughter and I rented this place last minute due to its proximity to Rosemary Beach. We have stayed at Villages of South Walton before and been pleased but this place was a disaster. So filthy… we messaged them and they didn’t show up until the third day to change the bed sheets that had blood on them. We slept on top of the bed with our own blankets. Lights missing in bathroom, stuff under bed and under cabinets and holes in the wall. We tried to find another spot but with it being spring break we had to make the best of it. We did leave middle of the night on our last night because it was just so bad and we were tired and wanted to get some sleep in a clean environment . We relayed all this to them with no response. We also got home and found little bites all over so pretty sure this place has bed bugs. STAY AWAY
