Welcome to Arrowhead Landings vacation rental located 12 miles south of Hemphill, TX in the Six Mile Community just minutes away from Toledo Bend Lake. Although not a waterfront property you will definitely enjoy your stay at this newly renovated three bedroom house that is within walking distance of the Sportsman’s Cafe and less than half a mile to Six Mile Public Boat Ramp. This house will provide you and your family and friends with the perfect modern base camp to explore Toledo Bend Lake and Sabine National Forest. This cozy house has been completely renovated with new cabinets, flooring, plumbing fixtures and paint. The house has two covered porches as well as an outdoor fire pit and charcoal grill for your enjoyment. Accommodations include a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a queen bed in the third bedroom. Additionally, the living room has a new sleeper sofa that accommodates two additional guest.

I have raved to my family about the cleanliness of this home. The sheets were crisp and the beds were very comfortable, the home is cuter than the photos and you can tell the owners take pride in it. I am looking forward to visiting again next summer.

Work in Hemphill

We had a 6 week project in Hemphill and found this place and it was even greater than we anticipated! It is beautiful. Clean and stocked with necessities. The location was perfect for us. The traffic outside was a bit loud at times..but was over all perfect stay.

This property was exactly as described. VERY nice, clean and comfy! Chad responded quickly to my questions, was very kind to let a last minute guest stay with us so they didn't have to drive back to Houston after the ceremony. I would def book here again! Thanks for your hospitality!

This place is the perfect getaway!

We booked it expecting our youngest son and his girlfriend to come, plans changed and my cousin and his sweet family joined us. The place is so homey, clean and welcoming. We will be back for sure. You won’t be disappointed.

Peaceful and Relaxing

The house was extremely clean and inviting. I appreciated that the kitchen was stocked with all necessary amenities including delicious coffee from a local coffee shop called Sabean's. It was great to sit on the porch swing in the evenings and enjoy how quiet the area was. The property manager was awesome and responds quickly to all questions as well! I loved my stay and will definitely be back in the future!

Father's day trip

Very beautiful lake house. Was able to arrive early and that was a plus. Water is close by. Lake house was very clean and manager is very nice and responds quick.

Clean and Comfortable

Before we arrived we were extremely pleased that this property had a 2 night minimum, as most in the area do not. The minute we arrived we were happy to see a nice, clean property and great location (close to stores, restaurants and boat launch). Inside of the rental was extremely clean and inviting. We had everything we needed and more. Each guest in our party commented on the comfort of the beds. We will definitely rent this property again!

Herrased by trespassers

It was not a plesent vacation like we planned....as soon as we are ed we seen other people on the property wasnt sure if it was even our rental so i called to confirm this was our cabin and told the owner about tge people trespassi g and he said there was nothing he could do...so there for we had unwanted guest for the whole weekend and they were not friendly were very rude and made it the experience horrible all on mothers day weekend on top of that

Our apologies that your vacation did not go as planned. For clarification we were never told there was anyone trespassing on the property. The conversation upon arrival was only to confirm directions. Had we received a complaint about trespassers, we would have taken appropriate action. The Six Mile Community is usually a quite and peaceful community. We have our property listed on multiple platforms and have never had anyone complain about people trespassing. We have worked very hard to create a vacation rental for people to enjoy and we strive to create a home away from home atmosphere. While we respect the reviewers opinion, we do not think that a one star review truly characterizes this vacation rental.
