This house is in the center of town so the rumble of the sawmill and an occasional train can be heard. We have been short term rental hosts for several years in Arkansas. This is our first property in Texas. This was my grandparents home and holds so many sweet memories. I want to keep the house in good repair and have the opportunity to visit and stay here along with other family members. We love the slower pace of the city, the background rumble of the saw mill and, being lake lovers, the proximity to Sam Rayburn & Toledo Bend.
