Recently renovated, oceanfront condo. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo is located on the ocean on Shore Drive. Condo can comfortably accommodate 6 with 1 king in the master bedroom, 1 queen in the 2nd bedroom & 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom.

Unit features all new flooring, a fully equipped kitchen, new furniture and all the comforts of home including a washer & dryer in unit, TV's in all bedroom and the living room, free parking & free Wi-Fi.

Pelicans Landing is located in the Shore Drive section of Myrtle Beach. Onsite amenities include an outdoor pool, bbq area, playground and elevator. The complex is close to The Apache Pier, Ocean Annie's Beach Bar, Restaurant Row, Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach and so much more.

Beach trip

Condo was clean including the floors which is often not the case with rentals. Check in at the realtor was a waste of time as the check in was with a code not a key for the door which could have been done via email. Otherwise no complaints. Would stay again. Nice amenities with pool and restaurants close by.

Perfect Location for 4th of July

This is our second year staying here for the 4th of July. The condo is wonderful and has everything you need. The location is great, off the main roads but close to everything we like to do in MB. We will be back!

Loved the look of the room and very comfortable and good appliances. Only issue I had with the stay was the checking in process. Feel there’s no need to go and get a code when it can be sent through text or email. That would be my only update I think should be made is to just give you the code and check in online instead of driving 15 minutes during the day

The property was lovely. Because it is on the 4th floor, the ocean is the view. The condo was clean and very well equipped. I would definitely rent this property in the future.

Great Stay!

This was an adorable condo well decorated and well equipped. It’s about halfway between North Myrtle and South Myrtle for reference. The building itself, specifically the elevators could use some attention, but the condo by itself was great. I'm not sure why the rental company has you drive out of your way to check in when it is a keypad entry.. but that would be my only complaint. Great stay!

Clean, clean, clean

Great little property, parking is easy and condo was clean and well decorated. Have to sign documents a couple miles down the road was the only complaint. That’s if you can call that a complaint. Highly recommend this property.

The fresh paint, well maintained furniture and comfortable furniture help us feel at home. We hadn’t stayed in this area before, but really enjoy this location. Upon arrival the condo wasn’t appropriately cleaned. The sheets hadn’t been changed, the toilets hadn’t been cleaned, the countertops were sticky and full of crumbs and the floors hadn’t been vacuumed. We suggest that the cleaning crew be reviewed. We have had a few minor issues during our three months which were promptly and effectively dealt with. Pat Speagle

Quite nice!

The condo was lovely and very clean. Communication with the realty company and the owner was excellent. Pool area was beautiful and the walkway/bridge to the beach looked to be brand new and very nice. The only two drawbacks were the grilling area and the stove in the unit. There were only two grills - both old and rusty (one rusted all the way through and unusable). The stove in the unit should probably be replaced because there was no way to regulate the temperature of the burners. The oil in the skillet got so hot so quickly that the smoke alarm went off. Could be a bit dangerous. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.

Beach Vacation

We picked this property because of its proximity to the beach. It's a top floor condo on the beach with stunning views of the ocean from the balconies (catching the early morning sunrise with a cup of coffee was the highlight). The location is perfect for laying out on the beach and heading up to the condo to fix lunch or use the restroom (not a far walk). The spacious condo is equipped with everything you need. There's a Keurig combo (bring K cups or ground coffee). The washer and dryer is a plus (bring detergent). There's ample parking. (covered and non-covered). It's a quiet complex tucked away from the busy traffic on US 17. There's a Kroger (grocery store) less than 5 minutes away which was perfect for last minute items. I would definitely stay here again. Soo peaceful! Soo relaxing.

In October, it was a nice quiet area to be in and the beach was wide with plenty of room for privacy. The porches were great and the furniture on them was perfect! All the decor and furniture inside was very nice and comfortable. We can't wait for our next trip and may even bring more family! I will also say that the little touches of a nice toaster, blender, coffee maker, name brand utensils, and smart TV's in every room made it all the more comfortable because everything was very easy to use!
