Our group stayed here when we were in Florida for a youth conference in Orlando. This is our second time staying in this neighborhood and the area is fantastic. Food options were plentiful and a store right up the street made it easy to run and grab things we forgot to bring. House layout was perfect for what we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Great location, few little things that could be taken care of, maybe update the furniture and check for other areas that need taken care of. Our check in and out was a little more difficult than I expected. But all in all we had an excellent stay!

Orlando Trip

We were staying in Orlando for a fitness competition. The house was awesome, exactly as advertised. We liked the location: slightly off the beaten path, but still accessible to everywhere, close to a Target and other conveniences, and in a quiet neighborhood with sidewalks.

Disney Vacation

The house was as we expected. Set up nice for a 3 generation family. Just a couple little things that we had questions on and we had quick responses. Probably the only issue we had and it was no fault of the property owners is that getting into the community through the gates, even with passes. We enjoyed our stay.

Family Vacation

The townhouse was nice and in a good area. The house was not set up for family. No pot holders no kitchen towels no broom or mop. And can opener. All items had to be purchased. Advertised a hot tub but comes with cold water. Have to pay 45 dollars a day to heat the hot tub. The couch is very worn and has knicks and holes in it.

Amazing!!

There were 12 of us traveling to Kissimmee to board a cruise ship. We stayed at this property for 2 nights before leaving for cruise. We drove down from Maine, a very long drive, and we were so happy with the property. We had enough room, we could relax, it was clean. We had an issue with a light not working and once we called they came right over to fix, great communication. I would definitely stay here again. Great house, easy to access, and great vicinity. You will not be disappointed if you decide to stay here!!! We all can't praise this property and stay enough, we all absolutely loved it!!!

Dont think Pool will get heated, even when promised repeatedly

The place itself was decent, mostly clean (mold in showers & carpet gross). Kitchen missing several basic items (like pot holders) that we had to purchase to be able to cook in the house. May as well have spent the money to eat out b/c we didn't save any after having to purchase things we already own at home.The place offered all the rooms we needed. Check in pretty smooth. Main issue was the promise, in writing, several times, that the pool would be heated the day before our arrival - to be sure we would get use out of that day, and it would stay on the duration even though they would normally cut it off at 4. Nothing, even after spending so much of our trip on the phone waiting for answers. Nothing. They stopped responding to me and we never got heat. Took MANY emails and days to get a refund. We only booked this property b/c of that promise so they should have refunded part of our stay as well! For what you spend per night, they certainly could do a better job with honesty. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM if they promise you anything!The neighborhood was crowded and cars everywhere. Houses right on top of each other.

Great place, but some things you should know before you go

The home was very spacious and at a very nicely kept resort. The listing photos were true to what the home looked like, however the property manager/owner didn’t disclose several add ons that seemed to “included” with the reservation. For instance, we found out the day before our stay that the heated jacuzzi and heated pool were both added costs. $30/day extra if you wanted use of the jacuzzi and heated pool and $50 extra for use of the grill. The property was advertised as if these were included in the cost. Also, there were not adequate towels and face cloths for everyone staying there nor was there a blow dryer. Also, there was only 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom and no hand soap. We had to go out to Walmart the first night and get quite a few things to supply the home in order to have what we needed. Also, there was an issue with the shower in one of the guest baths and maintenance didn’t come until we had been there 1/2 the week and the bed linens were dirty in two bedrooms. Outside of these things, the resort was nice and the house was we pretty.

When I select "Other" in the "Who stayed with you at the property?", a small window pops out, and I cannot type in the text box (greyed out). Since it's a required field (*), I selected Friends and Family. The host was very response in a timely manner on my inquiries when I contacted the host each time. Since I didn't receive the detailed check-in instruction within 2-3 days of the reservation, I contacted the DecoNova on 6/27/2024 via phone to inquire about it, the male operator was not helpful. He informed me that my credit card was declined for the payment, and I informed him that I didn't receive any notifications (text or email) about the decline. I checked my bank account online, and there was no transactions (decline or pending) for the payment. I also contacted DecoNova via chat and the host in regards to this dilemna. It was finally resolved near midnight. Luckily, I follow-up on the reservation, or else me and the boys would be S.O.L. on a place to stay.

Functional spacious property

The home has lots of space indoors and it was a good size for our party of 8. Unfortunately I reached out to the management company 4 times before someone got in touch with me about heating the pool and spa which was frustrating. The development has the homes really close together and the pool area is really small. The house also was really poorly stocked and didn’t have potholders or salt and pepper or coffee filters. It was functional but not an incredible experience.

Great location

We have stayed in one of the other sections before. Perfect for Disney, Sea World, Universal visits. This section of the community people around us were very loud. Three of the six nights people around us (different houses) were yelling and loud music. I missed the party memo I guess. A little disappointed with nothing in the house. No spices nothing. Some blinds were broken. I did enjoy the house and layout but some damage needs to be fixed.

Overall great for the price

Plenty of room, good location. Small things were funky like the master bedroom/bathroom locks didn’t work. Kitchen has nothing in terms of condiments like salt/pepper. Check in and out was easy. Washer and dryer worked well. The pool was nice and the kids loved it.

Just Okay

The check-in process was fairly easy, I received an email with details about entry. However, when I arrived the house had a smell, there were left over food crumbs all over the house, dirt on the second story ledges in the hallway and smudges on the mirror. Quite a few pieces of furniture were broken upon arrival; the main living room couch and pool stick. This rental property has you pay $30 a day for pool heating and $50 for bbq’n. They supplied 3 garbage bags and one roll of paper towel for a home that can fit 12 people. Not the best home I’ve stayed in. My kids loved the pool so that was a plus

Beautiful house

House definitely fit our wants and needs. Had the pool/spa heated (couple days pool didnt wasn't warm- contacted Jose and he said he would have them check pool. Had issue with breaker kicking off in one bedroom late at night was fixed next day. Other than those 2 things our stay in this house was great! Had all amenities amd close by to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely recommend.

Fabulous!

This property accommodated our group of 15 perfectly! We love the heated pool in the backyard- perfect for our little kids. Multiple families each had their own rooms, spacious great room/kitchen/dining area. Loved that the bunk beds were all full-sized beds... Everyone slept comfortably. Property was beautifully kept up and the clubhouse access was great for kids! They enjoyed the splash pad, slides, lazy river, mini golf (costs $5/person), volleyball and basketball. Very close to Disney. Would highly recommend this facility for a group!

Great place to stay

Place was very clean and beautiful. Put together a small punch list of a couple things and told the owner right away. (Nothing that needed attention while we were staying there) we had the pool heated and used it every night. Close to Disney. Plenty of towels and dishes. Would absolutely stay here again! Thank you :)
