Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We very much enjoyed our stay in unit 323E. This was our 2nd time staying at the Yacht club, and this condo was even better than the last. The condo had just enough room and was close enough to the beach/bars/grocery stores and souvenir shops.We had 3 15 year old girls with us and they were never bored. We definitely would stay in this condo again.

Can't review because we were shut out of this property

After reserving this property in April and paying for the rental in full, we were shut out 2 weeks prior to our arrival because the owner decided to extend their stay into our rental time period. The management company, NextHome Beach Time Realty, put us in another rental, but not in Madeira Beach which is what we had planned on. If an owner offers his property for rental, he should honor the reservation.

Thank you for your review, we appreciate your feedback. We contacted you at the time we realized the property was unavailable and offered a full refund or the option to go to another property. We sent you a link with photos and location of the property and you accepted the change as an alternative to the original property. We apologize that you were not happy with the location but at unfortunately there was an unavoidable extension on a construction project that was unable to be completed in time for your arrival. Everything about this place was absolute perfection! We travelled from the UK with our 3 young children. The location is out of this world. From the balcony you are looking out at the bay where you can fish and watch dolphins frolicking. To the left is about a 7 minute walk to Madeira Beach. The home itself was very clean and well equipped. Our three children shared the enormous master suite whilst us parents used the second bedroom. It worked perfectly for our needs. The smaller of the pools is right behind the condo and very much encouraged by the local older residents for the children to use. I think these residents forgot what it was like to be a child and we experienced many comments and looks from them when at the big pool. Don't dare lay a finger on the rope separating the shallow and deep end! Taking into consideration that my children are exceptionally behaved. This, however, didn't spoil our stay. We have a sense of humour! My only comment regarding the condo itself is to please include instructions for how to use the air conditioning controls. We must have looked ridiculous prodding around hoping for the best haha but we got there in the end! Absolutely incredible stay. We are already planning our return to the area next year!
