Welcome to 8800 Bay Pines Blvd, Unit 111. Escape to a stunning 1-bedroom condo in St. Petersburg on the water. This is my 2nd offering in this resort. It is an act of love to be able to share this type of luxury at this price. This marvelous retreat offers a cozy bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and million-dollar views of the intercoastal. Guests can unwind on the balcony, take a dip in the pool or hot tub or take advantage of the fitness room. With amenities like a fully equipped kitchen, in unit washer-dryer, AC, and internet, your stay will be soothing and stress-free. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our condo. Dogs are allowed on a case by case basis up to 25 pounds with prior approval and a $100 pet fee. Not cats allowed.

The stay was great! The condo was clean and the perfect size for me and my husband. The balcony was a wonderful spot to sit and have coffee while watching the water. Mary was responsive and helpful with local points of interest. Everything about our stay was great! We would definitely sta again!

This condo was absolutely beautiful, it had all the necessities and the view way so refreshing. We did have one complaint with it being located right by the elevator. There was too much noise early in the morning. My fiancĂ© and I weren’t able to sleep in unfortunately.

Anniversary Getaway

This condo was perfect for our anniversary stay! We loved that it was centrally located to SO many wonderful beaches. The condo was so welcoming and the view was amazing! We ate almost all our meals on the balcony and loved sipping coffee in the morning while watching the boats and dolphins! The pool was heated and the hot tub was relaxing! Great little condo!

Lovely apartment with fantastic views. Owner was easy to deal with and provided early and clear instructions. Apartment is well located with restaurant/bar next door. Spacious and clean space, with incredible views from the balcony. Many dolphins and other wildlife spotted. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here

Fantastic! Gorgeous view!

We loved the balcony and the view. The kitchen had everything you could possibly want to fix a snack or meal. The unit is clean and modern. Very comfortable. There is a bar & restaurant right next door which is so convenient. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful wish I could stay forever

I love Boca Ceiga so much! This place is beautiful and perfectly designed. Lovely in every way. The place was spotless and beautifully decorated. Pool was out of commission for most of my one month stay but it was opened for the last two days and it was lovely. Would absolutely stay again

Great Condo with Beautiful View!

The moment you walk in the condo, you see the gorgeous view of the Bay. The condo is spotless and has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Mary is a great host and has great taste. The furnishings are very comfortable and the decor is awesome. This is our 3rd stay at Boca Ciega. Can’t beat the location as it’s close to the beaches, great restaurants, and shopping. We’ve stayed here before and after the last devastating hurricane. The grounds and pool area are still very beautiful. Thank you for use of your beautiful place!

The location of the condo was wonderful. The view was breathtaking and there was what looked to be a momma and baby dolphin that swam by every morning. I had one other friend that would take a morning stroll. The only problem that we had and it was not with the condo exactly was the pool was closed a couple of days (till about 4) because they were working on the pool pump. But that was the only thing we ran into.

Wonderful stay!

This property was in a great location with beach access close by. I loved the clean smell as we walked into the condo. The view was amazing! Loved the large patio. The reclining sofa was so relaxing after a long day out and about. TV was great! My only suggestions would be to get rugs that stayed in place in the bathroom and the cabinet sits too close to the toilet. It's easy to bump your head on.I would also recommend a soft fabric shower curtain. Owner thought of everything for her condo. Nice place!
