This stunning new property is situated one block from Public Beach Access and adjacent to the Cambria Hotel (Guests receive privileged rates and discounts at hotel and its amenities) and moments away from all the bars, restaurants and shops at St Johns Pass and Redington Beach.



The moment you enter this fabulous condominium you will appreciate the abundance of natural light, soft neutral tones and designer furniture and decorations.



A large open plan kitchen boasts white wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, center island and breakfast bar, pendant lighting and plenty of storage.

Very attentive to questions I had before our trip. Response while we were there was very quick. 5 minute walk to the beach, very nice pool. Everything you need for your vacation, both Kureig and drip coffee pot. Definitely recommend staying here. Great location for whatever you want to do in Madiera Beach. Bonus is all the free things you can do, Busch Gardens, Tampa Zoo, Clearwater Aquarium, Dolphin Boats and lots more to choose from.

stores.. restaurants .. and mini golf. waking up everyday being able to go out back and look at the water was amazing! Me and my family look forward to coming back next year!

Great condo in a great location

There isn’t one bad thing I could say about the condo. It was beautiful and very clean. The balcony view was awesome and watching all the boats come in and out was great. The location was perfect. Was a short walk to the beach entrance and also to our favorite restaurant,The Reef. Also close to Haze ice cream parlor, another favorite of ours. We have been to the area for the last few years and this was the perfect location for us.

Beautiful condo

We had a relaxing visit although the temps were cold and windy, we had a great time just watching movies and enjoying our time together. The beds were comfy and the condo had everything we could ask for! We would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful, spacious property

We had a great stay at this condo. Hosts were helpful and the space nice and open and bright. We had to cut our stay short because of Hurricane Helene, but the hosts were communicative and handled the whole situation well. We’ll be back and highly recommend this place.

Perfect vacation!

It’s a really nice place! Everything was perfect and as describe. All furniture are brand new and decoration is beautiful. The location is very convenient: groceries, stores, restaurant and beach are so close. We highly recommend this beautiful condo :)

Condo was beautiful! Itrip was very responsive. Needed pool fob, beach wagon and beach chairs that were not available upon move in. I trip was very quick to bring all items to us!

Overall, the property was amazing. Exactly as described. The management company was nonexistent. We only received automated emails and no personal correspondences. The rules and checkout instructions that went on and on. Overall great unit but wouldn’t recommend the property management company.

Perfect vacation with view!

Everyone loved this pristine apartment.The view was great! The apartment is beautiful and well managed. Any request was handled instantly. The pool was clean and warm and great for all ages. It is right next door to the Cambria Hotel which had a rooftop restaurant perfect for sunsets. The unit was supplied with everything you could possibly need! Outstanding!

What a beautiful place! The location is fabulous, the views are incredible, and the condo is well-appointed. Any question I had was promptly answered by the host team. It is so easy to get anywhere from here. The beach access is a very short walk. There are several great bar and restaurant options along the way. We spent a lot of time at the Saltwater Hippie! We visited the last week of September, it was relatively quiet. Honestly, it felt like we had the place to ourselves, which was not a bad thing at all. I enjoyed the pool and spa downstairs. A fob to access the property would be helpful (noticed other tenants using them), especially when returning from the pool through the side door of the building. Instead, we walked around to the front lobby and used our code.Overall, just a great experience here! You won't be disappointed!

Holiday vacation

We have been visiting this area for over 15 years and frequently try out different properties. This is a beautiful condo. The furniture and decor is both comfortable and in great condition. The condo is spacious allowing for privacy for all our family. Because of the recent hurricane activity the pool and hot tub were not open so we cannot comment on that amenity. The patio is very large and comfortable. We enjoyed watching the boats and dolphins. The balcony does not get much if any sun but the view is really nice. We would stay again.

Wonderful stay despite post storm issues in area

Pretrip information: Fabulous. The area had been hit by 2 serious tropical storms that have devastated much of the area. iTrip was proactive in providing regular updates and if/when I had a question the promptness of responses were amazing. First class. Check-in: So easy. The pre arrival information as to access to the parking garage and condo were simple and easy to follow. The condo: Well furnished and comfortable. Our daughter-in-law, after using the washer/dryer in the unit, was planning on replacing their's when they got home. The balcony was comfortable and the view down the waterway fun to watch the boats coming and going. We would not hesitate to stay again if the opportunity arrises.
