Amazing stay

This property was bay far the best one we have stayed out in this area!! Location was great, we definately recommend and plan to stay there again in the near future!

Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate during our time at St. Pete Beach. However, our condo at Sunset Resort was comfortable and let us relax a little while we were there. The unit was very clean, and we had everything we needed. This is not a luxury unit, so to speak, but it's very comfortable, and we would stay at the complex again. However, I'd try for a unit on a higher floor to have a slightly better view. The check-in process was very smooth and we had no issues.

Lovely unit, as described. Pool was warm and the complex had pickle ball paddles for guests to use, along with some other outdoor toys. There is a common area for grilling, but people were kind and it was easy to share. Kitchen could have been a little more well stocked, but all things considered, great value and trip!

Beautiful sunrises

The condo is in a great location. My family loved the pool and the dock where we got to see the manatees in the evening. It was a short walk to the beach. We will stay again.

2nd time here

The condo and property is very well kept up and clean, excellent location. Had a lil trouble with door locks and tv, but management was right there to address it and got everything corrected, we will definitely stay here again.

Great location, very good condo

Very nice condo. Lots of amenities; they included mini detergent and dishwashing soap, and lots of kitchen utensils/pots/pans to use. Wonderful location close to everything you need on a visit to St. Pete beach. Biggest con is the sheets were a bit too scratchy and could use replaced.

Great locationn

I brought three of my grandchildren to SPB for a short vacay. This condo was excellent for us. Great surprise to have a washer and dryer. The kids absolutely loved the pool area. The screen slider out to patio needs repaired. Other than that it was perfect for us and we cant waiting to return. I have stayed at many places on SPB, this has taken the prize on our fav place to stay.

The dock was nice to sit at with a coffee and watch the manatees. The pool was extremely crowded with a lot of kids who were not well supervised . The sheltered area always had a party that took over and went late with loud people .

As advertised...

Last minute stay for my daughter and I in the greater Tampa region. Foind this condo across the street from the beach overlooking the channel in St Pete's. Easy communication with the mgmt team, easy instructions to get in the property and room (and believe me I've had trouble there on other rentals before so don't take it for granted). Place was spotless, cooled down and ready for us. Enjoyed the location, easy access to beach by walking or short drive to public beach parking. Lots of restaurants and shops all up and down close by. Would stay here again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The two bedroom unit was very nice and in a great location. It was walking distance from Dolphin Village and some restaurants. It is also across the street from the Tradewinds Resort, so you cross the street to get to the beach. The pool and sea wall area on the intracoastal waterway is very nice. We saw a manatee one evening and then some dolphins one afternoon.
