**Piscina Privada!!**
This contemporary beach house is located in the upscale, gated community of "Hermosa Palms" in Playa Hermosa, where the grocery stores, restaurants and bars of JacĂł are only 10 minutes away. You'll have full access to the HP Beach Club with its restaurant, bar, spa, and world-famous surf beach. Watch the sunset from your rooftop deck, sip cocktails from your private pool, and walk to the beach or the nearby restaurants of Playa Hermosa. You'll have air conditioning and hot water- a rarity in CR!

The space
This is a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath single family home, with parking for 2 at the house and street parking available. The bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are on the second floor. The half bath is on the first floor.
The outside area has a covered patio with ceiling fans, tables and seating for 8, a private pool and a built in bbq. The rooftop deck is covered with a bar top and seating area. New dishwasher and oven installed July 2020.

We loved the house & the proximity to the community pool & the beach. Roberto gave us many great suggestions for activities & restaurants, and was very helpful. The pool at the house was a nice extra. The sunset sail on Brisa Elegante & guided tour at Carara National Park were phenomenal! We can’t wait to go back! Loved staying at Point Break house.

This property is amazing. It was clean and in an amazinG vacation. We felt like we had a private beach and pool in the mornings, because we were the only ones there. We will stay here again.

Lovely house in a beautiful area

This house was perfect for our family. It had great views from the top. Beautifully tiled bathrooms and plenty of bed space. Well equipped kitchen was a huge plus for us. Great host Roberto showed us the area and gave us great tips about the tides and pool. Thank you we loved Costa Rica .

Great Experience

Top class VRBO located in a beautiful community that provides a relaxing and safe environment. The house is as described with everything you need to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. The owners and property manager Roberto is what separates this VRBO from others in that their follow up, responsiveness, and kindness is what shone through and helped us enjoy our stay.

a little piece of paradise

The property is as described and more! The house is beautiful, spotless, spacious, well stocked with everything one could initially require and in a safe gated community. The layout of the house with its three bedrooms upstairs lends itself well to families - even with younger children and the beds are clean and comfortable. The short lovely walk and access to the resort pool and yoyo's great food was a huge bonus and the beach was excellent for watching surfers and sunsets. Iguanas, macaus and colourful flowers abound. Communication with the property manager both prior to and during our stay was excellent and any needs were immediately addressed. The photos may even understate the size of the house and resort pools. The only issue encountered were occasionally barking dogs next door. Overall a fabulous experience and we would return in a heartbeat. We highly recommend.

Perfect Place in Paradise

We absolutely loved this house. The location can’t be beat. Hermosa Palms is a beautiful community and this gem of a house is perfectly located. The place was spotlessly clean, the property manager Roberto was super helpful and responsive. The owner checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The AC worked great. The beds were comfortable and the living space was very comfortable. We loved having our own pool and we also loved the community pool and the restaurant and swim up bar. The food was SO good and Yoyo and her staff were so accommodating! I highly recommend this house with one caveat. They are building a house right next door and the construction can be noisy. I already told the owner that we want to come back as soon as the construction is done. Pura Vida!

Hermosa propiedad, la casa es amplia y cĂłmoda.

Roberto el administrador es una persona muy amable y esmerada. Trata de estar pendiente de todo para que uno la pase bien. La casa es acogedora y el lugar es muy bonito. Sin embargo, en los cuatro días que estuvimos hubo serios problemas con el suministro de agua potable en el condominio. Esto es algo muy incomodo, måxime cuando uno viene de la playa y desea bañarse y para poder cocinar, ir al aseo etc. Sospecho que el condominio en general tiene un serio problema con el pozo que les suministra el agua al cual deberían de ponerle atención los propietarios y darle una solución definitiva y sostenible. La carencia de agua nos hizo tener que salir a comprar agua al supermercado dado que no había ni para beber. Lamentablemente no creo que volvamos a visitar esta casa.

We loved the proximity to the Jaco, while feeling safe in a beautiful beach community.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The Hermosa Palms Beach club has a store, a spa, and an activities kiosk where you can book tours, rent beach equipment, surf boards, etc. It also has a great restaurant and bar, YoYo's that's open every day (but Monday).
