Safe, Clean, comfortable cottage right on the water.

This cottage is very clean, safe in a gated community, and right on the water. Enjoy grilling out right on the back deck over looking the lake. Beat staying in a hotel downtown any day! Will be back for another extended stay. Feels like home.

Wish we could have stayed longer

We booked this property for two days to attend a family wedding; therefore, we were unable to enjoy all the wonderful amenities especially the well appointed kitchen. Originally we planned to have four adults staying, but ended up with two. The small bathroom might have been a problem for four. Andy was very attentive to our needs.

Cottage with a View

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Cottage was updated, clean and had a great view of Lake St. Claire. Enjoyed having our morning coffee on the deck overlooking the marina and lake.

Very clean, great location

We had a great time at the Cottage. There was a lot of email communication leading up to our stay, but the one with the door code came on the day of our plane trip. My email was inaccessible on my phone, so we panicked when we got there. But Andy responded to my text within a few minutes (at 11:18pm!) and everything turned out fine.

Couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful cottage or location. Property manager was quick to reply to questions. Will definitely be back.

Amazing birthday getaway!

We rented this lakehouse for our 26 year-old daughter's birthday weekend. She absolutely loved everything about it and so did we. We took her to Fin's Restaurant on her bday dinner and the staff, along with the food, were all excellent. Cheryl was amazing and she was always attentive whenever we needed her. We will rent again.

Northpointe Marina and Cottages are a great fit for all travelers looking to get out on the lake during the summer months. The Cottages offer beautiful views of the sunrise over lake St. Clair every morning. The cottages are all brand new construction and absolutely beautiful.
The Cottages are the perfect location for all fishermen as its located within a marina with a boat ramp on site. The marina offers boat wells in the water as well as on land depending on your personal preference.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

There are no other properties on lake St. Clair that offer an onsite boat ramp along with a place to store your boat in the water or on the trailer. Each of these spaces has full water and an electric hook up for your boat either on land or in the water. The setting at the cottage is amazing being that it is located within the gated access, Northpointe Marina. Each cottage has its own personal deck with a barbeque and brand-new patio furniture. All cottage decks are directly facing Lake St. Clair for a beautiful waterfront view at all times of the day.
Another amazing benefit of staying at the cottages is the gated access and 24-hour surveillance of the property.
