The house was awesome! Very roomy with plenty of spaces to spread out. Large kitchen and dining room table. We spent lots of time on the back porch and in the pool. It’s close to the beach, bike trails, and Sea Pines. We can’t wait to stay there again!

We had an outstanding stay, enjoying the pool and the beach. The backpack chairs worked great for the beach. Only thing we needed was a beach umbrella/cover for the afternoon sun. This was an amazing property for our family get together.

The perfect family vacation home! Our family of 10 stayed here comfortably with absolutely everything we needed. The home is beautifully furnished and provisioned. SO comfortable. Large bedrooms, a full bathroom for every bedroom, huge kitchen that is set up impeccably for multiple cooks in the kitchen! The dining room table easily accommodated all of us for our family dinners. The backyard is your own private playground with so many activities to choose from..swimming, corn hole, ping pong, darts, and more! This has by far been our favorite VRBO we have ever stayed in! Did I mention the amazing front porch with rockers and equally fabulous back huge screened in porch?! We had the perfect family time in this lovely home!

Amazing and I think under-rated South Forrest Beach property! Photos don’t do justice to how nice the house and layout really are. The backyard and pool area are fantastic, as is the screened porch and easy beach access. Our family of 6 absolutely loved our stay here.

The house is so spacious inside and outside. Our family loved the backyard. We played corn hole, enjoyed a fire, watched TV at the outside bar, swam everyday, used the spa. They provided plenty of toys and beach chairs. Lots of chairs on the screened porch for all of us. The house is in excellent condition and provides every amenity. We highly recommend this house!

The property was IDEAL for the family that was celebrating my 80th birthday! All of us thoroughly enjoyed the location of the beach house. David , the Host was excellent in any questions we had and responded promptly (within a half hour) of any questions we might have had. The property managers were very welcoming and communicative to us during our stay.The ONLY negative on our stay was that we had limited toiletries (soap, shampoo) for the week and washer (detergent) for a week’s stay, and essentials (paper towels, toilet paper) for the week that we had to purchase.This is a beautiful beach house property location that accommodated our 16 person family members nicely. The dining area is large where we could sit around the HUGH table together without having to split up at mealtime.We would certainly recommend this property to others hoping to have a nice intimate, individual, yet included ambiance for a family celebration and vacation.

David is a great host. He is easy going and always responsive (even when he is on vacation). This is our second year staying at this property. It is a great house for children. Great amenities, close to Coligny, and the beach. Highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Stay during school vacation week!

We had a wonderful time at this property. We were all set with beach gear provided. The home was so lovely, clean and huge for our three families. The yard was another added bonus with the pool and spa! We will definitely want to come back and loved the short walk to the beach. Location couldn't be better where you can easily ride bikes or walk anywhere.

Our group of friends had a great time at this rental. Close to the beach and well maintained. Lots of extras that are not provided at most rentals. Staff was great and made things very easy to check in.

Great outdoor pool area especially for littles! Plenty of space! The walk to the beach was a little longer than expected. It also crosses the road right at a blind curve so not great for little ones but overall we loved it!

Anne & I started in 2014 with our first house at 27 Pelican St. In Spring of 2016 we built our little compound on Hickory Lane (my sister in law built 5A and we built 5B). Since then we have built one additional home at 15 Flamingo St. in North Forest Beach.

This property is unique in that is built like a low country cottage with over 1,100 sq. ft. of screen and open porches. it is fenced in with it's sister cottage 5A to create a small compound.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Only 5 rows to the ocean, gate right onto the bike path in S. Forest Beach. The lot is over a 1/3 of an acre, so there is almost 2 times as much space as most lots in N. Forest beach. It has a pavilion, fire pit and a nice pool with attached spa, lush landscaping.
