A spacious apartment with soaring ceilings encompassing all of the upper story of a two story bungalow, steps from the Hillsborough River in trendy Seminole Heights. You`ll have your own outdoor deck overlooking the river, get to use the included kayaks and paddle board, and be only 10 to 15 minutes from downtown Tampa, Amalie Arena, Armature Works, Raymond James Stadium, Busch Gardens, &45 minutes to Gulf Beaches.

Quiet and relaxing
Off of the beaten path. It was a nice and relaxing weekend. Very quiet location. The place was clean and very well put together. The cat who prowls the yard was super friendly.

This place is 100% hands down the best place we have stayed at!! The pictures of the property are exactly what you get only it’s 1000X better in person. Any questions I had John got back to me so fast and he even gave us awesome recommendations to check out! If you are looking for a place to stay in the Tampa area you NEED to stay at this location! I promise this slice of paradise will not disappoint you!
