Didn’t have the highest of hopes for this place, but still expected more. We were here for emergency purposes due to water intrusion at our home nearby. There was a small leak under the sink in the primary bathroom. They fixed it quickly, but they made the problem seem small and it turned into something bigger and they nor the plumber never communicated that. It caused my husband to use 3 hours of leave from work due to all the noise as his desk was set up in the primary bedroom at the desk. The host didn’t seem to care and never apologized. On top of that, the host tried to schedule the plumber come back for multiple other non-emergency reasons. Mind you, we live nearby and we’re only here due to work being done at our home(which the host knew about) why would it be acceptable/respectful for the host to schedule non-emergency work while we are staying there?Pros:- AC worked really well.- They have great appliances.- Great location.Cons:- Very small, short round toilets. Great for little kids, but not adults. - On the second floor, toilet paper roll was located low behind the toilets.- Host communication didn’t feel like they genuinely cared for the inconvenience their rental caused. - Pet fee not included in charges on VRBO.- Floor was dirty, had to clean ourselves.- Plumber left a mess we had to clean ourselves.- Futon couch was a queen and not comfortable.

This guest caused the blockage in the sink that required an emergency plumbing visit. Accidents happen. They said the plumber got dust on the sink, steps and on one tooth brush during the repair. So we drove to Sprouts grocery store (per their request and using the photo they gave us) to purchase a $25 unique Ayurvedic Toothbrush and toothpaste (named Auromere) for them - which was not in stock. So we gave them a Door Dash gift card. They HATED Door Dash, demanded a refund and started texting us several times a day off of the platform. We were really scared. They broke our beautiful King bed and soiled the mattress. And their kitty, scratched our Euro Relax-a-Lounger sofa/bed in the living room. They even took some of our nice appliances. We were never going to win with this guest. The best thing we got was the name of the toothpaste. We got some for ourselves and WOW! You all have got to try it. Even though this guest was very ugly towards us, we overlooked it due to their situation. We were actually going to send them a Visa gift card directly to their home for their new baby that is due soon. We really do love our guests. And ooh, they demanded that we remove our cleaning products from the bottom cabinet that was locked in the kitchen. They said they only wanted fragrance free items in the home. Sigh.. they were hard on us.

Better than booking two hotel rooms- and cheaper! Easy on/off 75, and plenty of restaurants in the area.

Perfect little place

Lovely & we felt at home. We would recommend & book again. Once you get the gate code & door code down you'll be good to go. Heads up:•Guests need to bring hair conditioner & soap for shower (shampoo is on wall). One blow dryer in master bedroom (there isn't one in smaller room bathroom)•Coffee pot is a traditional 12 cup....refresh yourself on how to brew a good pot if you've been using K cups. (Bring your scoop...lol)•There are 4 pillows on each bed. (2 are decorative w shams)Heads up: nobody other than those on reservation can come to property. (I missed this detail in booking) We were able to make different plans for visiting w the friends we came to see. Just be aware. Will have to provide photo ID, an email and a cell phone number for everyone on reservation before you get gate code or door code. I've never had to do that before. Not a big deal...just be prepared theyll make request.

Every aspect of this rental is a 10/10. Checkin was easy. The place was remarkably quiet, clean and well appointed. Location was great. Lots of restaurants/grocery nearby. Communication was efficient. Everything as advertised. Photos online are accurate representation of what you get.
