Well appointed condo, wonderful coffee bar and kitchen. Both beds and pillows are extremely comfortable with the perfect linens. Thankful for a host willing to communicate in a timely manner. Very walkable and safe area with so many options for food of any kind. My daughters and thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

The location is anazing, you can walk to shops, restaurants, grocery store and pharnacy. The condo is super clean and has all the extras that the owner took care and thought in supplying. Things like soft sheets, comfy pillows and so many other things. It is so peaceful and quiet. We loved our stay.

Everything was perfect!! Linens including all bedding, towels, etc were high quality. The kitchen was large and open and everything was decorated in nuetral color pallets and relaxing motifs. Coffee Bar and Wine Cooler were extra perks as was the 2and 1/2 baths. We'll definately stay here in the future.

The property is so well kept and beautiful, super easy to access. The photos are extremely accurate, the instructions to check in are very clear, the host was very responsive and kind! The parking is so convenient, would definitely stay there again if I am headed back to Tampa Bay!

Our host, Kim, was amazing. She made sure everything was up to par, and responded quickly when we messaged her about the coffee pot! The two story townhouse was well appointed and beautiful. The beds were super comfy. Great location - easy to get to the convention center for our conference. There was a covered parking spot which was super convenient.

Beautifully decorated townhouse unit. Everything you would need for even a longer stay (we stayed 2 weeks). Fully stocked coffee bar with tea and cocoa, waters, breakfast bars, popcorn. Lots of fluffy towels and comfortable bedding. Walking distance to SoHo and Hyde Park village AND a new Aldis store. Covered parking just steps from the front door. It is a townhouse so there are steps to the bedrooms/baths. Perfect for 2 couples to share or a small family. Close to the airport too.
