This is by far one of my favorite places to stay. We decided last minute to leave for a few days and found this gem. I'm so glad we did! The check in process was easy. The home was perfect with lots of extras. The beds were comfortable and the master even has an adjustable bed. Close by to many beaches and lots of restaurants. Thank you, Martine for sharing your wonderful home. We will be back!

Everything was beyond expectations. We felt quite at home during our stay. Loved the shower and the bedroom. The kitchen was very comfortable for meal preparation. The only thing missing was a toaster oven. Sitting on the porch in the morning with a cup of coffee was very relaxing. Looking forward to renting this house for our next visit.

Martine is an excellent host! The location is close to downtown and to Clearwater beach. It is 25min from Indians Rock beach, our preferred beach in the area.The house is well equipped and comfortable. I consider the unit is right for the price.

It was super cute. We loved the way that plants were used to create privacy in the space. However, we felt there was a lot of stuff there for how small it is. The cabinets are filled with dinner/glassware for a party of 20 in a tiny home. Felt cluttered and not as clean as pictured. The toys for the kids were a great touch though. They loved them. Overall, it was very nice. The communication was great as well.

The location between Dunedin & Clearwater beach was great. We were gone most of the day, but enjoyed hanging out on the porch in the evening. The host was quick to respond and checked in with us to see how we were enjoying our stay.

We had a wonderful stay! This was the perfect spot for our little family. It was kid friendly and a quick drive to Clearwater. The host responded quickly to any questions we had. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone!

Home was beautiful and relaxing. Several areas to relax. They owners also left me a card and wine for my birthday. It was close to the beach and restaurants. I will book again. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating.

Quiet bungalow with charm

This was a quiet street with charming bungalows. We were attending a concert in downtown Clearwater, so the location provided quick and easy access to the downtown.

Great little beachcomber cottage a block and a half from the beach and close enough to everything we wanted to do. Property (driveway) was a little hard to find but once we did, it met all our needs. Thanks for a great stay!

Home away from home.

Such a homey property from the minute you walk in. There was not a single detail missed in making this property feel like you just walked into your own home. Very quiet neighborhood yet a close drive to downtown Clearwater or Dunedin depending on what area you plan to hang out it. Highly recommend!

Peaceful and comfortable!

We came for a weekend stay and had a wonderful time. The location was perfect, the house was lovely and well equipped. I'd definitely consider this for a longer-term stay. Our visit was short, so we didn't need much, but Martine was very communicative and helpful. Great experience!
