En tant que propriétaires gérant nous-mêmes notre bien, nous nous engageons à offrir à nos hôtes un séjour agréable et confortable.

Notre appartement situé au rez-de-chaussée est facilement accessible depuis le parking et permet de profiter de toutes les commodités du Koa Resort. Ce spacieux appartement d’une chambre et d’une salle de bains bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal, sans escaliers.
Profitez d’un espace ouvert de 760 pieds carrés
Le complexe se trouve juste en face de la plage. L’appartement est entièrement équipé pour que vous vous sentiez « comme chez vous » : il ne vous reste plus qu’à apporter votre valise.
Lit king size et climatisation très appréciée dans tout l’appartement.
Cuisine en granit, avec îlot central, idéale pour les repas décontractés. Électroménager en acier inoxydable, comprenant un lave-vaisselle grand format et un réfrigérateur-congélateur côte à côte avec distributeur d’eau et de glaçons.
Grande Smart TV de 46 pouces dans le salon spacieux, et Smart TV de 40 pouces dans la chambre — idéal pour se détendre après vos longues journées d’aventures.
Canapé-lit queen size dans le salon.

Des baies vitrées coulissantes doubles s’ouvrent sur une grande véranda, donnant sur une pelouse méticuleusement entretenue et un parc paysager. Chaises de plage, parasol et glacière pour vos journées à la plage, OU restez sur place et profitez de l’une des plus grandes piscines du nord de Kihei avec bain à remous.

Le complexe est entouré de frangipaniers luxuriants dont le parfum est une spécialité de nos îles.
Pour les amateurs de sport, faites une partie de tennis ou de pickleball sur l’un des deux courts de tennis/pickleball, ou encore une partie de ping-pong, tout en préparant le barbecue.
Pour votre plus grand plaisir, une vaste bibliothèque vous permet de choisir le livre de votre choix.

Enjoyed the used of Shawn and Dave's condo. The condo was clean and had lots of little touches that may our stay more comfortable. The kitchen was well laid out with everything you needed and I was very happy to have a ice maker in the refrigerator. There were other family members traveling with us who had two other units, and ours was by far the nicest. There was a minor plumbing problem when we arrived and Shawn and Dave showed up within 15 minutes of my call to take care of it. That was awesome. If I return to Kihei, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We always found a parking spot, the pool was cool for being heated but still nice. Our hosts were amazing. They thought of everything and anything. I would definitely recommend them and this condo to anyone.

Everything about this condo was very good. Great hosts, easy check-in, ground floor with parking just out the door. Great location, a block off the beach so walk over for sunsets at 5.45 every day.

Great Condo

This condo was a perfect unit for the kids and I. The condo was nicely decorated, clean and well stocked. The KOA Resort is such a nice resort with well kept landscaping and an amazing pool.

The condo is very clean and comfortable and in good location. We had nice walk around neiborhood every evening. Short drive to our favorite beautiful beach. Clise to grocery stores.

Perfect stay in Maui

Everything was perfect for the two of us. Owners are great communicators and left lots of little touches for us, all were appreciated! We plan to come back to this sweet little condo when we return to Kihei.

Wonderful Condo

This was a great place to stay. Shawn and Dave made everything so easy and the property was wonderful. We had others staying in the same resort and the ability to move between places and enjoy the pool and bbq area was great. The condo was spacious, clean and well appointed. Amenities were close by too. I’d definitely stay here again!

Great property and great location!

The condo was great! Perfect location in between the more resort areas and also the Road to Hana start area. The sleeper couch worked well and the condo property has a pool, tennis court, and lots of other amenities. Communication with the hosts was great too. Highly recommended!

Perfect spot in Kihei

Loved our stay! Kitchen is well outfitted. Ample space in the condo to spread out. Great lanai. Felt very private. Pool and tennis courts were amazing! The condo is new feeling and nicely remodeled. We will stay here again!

Perfect peaceful spot!

This condo was in the perfect location for access to everything I wanted to do. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, well lit and low key. Walking distance to the beach, barely a drive needed to restaurants and the Kihei swap meet, and quick access to the highway and getting other parts of the island. The owners were so kind and communicative. The whole experience was fantastic

Wonderful Condo

I’ve stayed at the KOA resort a few times over the years. The swimming pool and grounds are top notch. That’s why I always go back. First time staying in 3F. The condo is well stocked and nicely updated. Normally we go with the kids, but this trip was just my wife and I. Perfect condo for couples. Would stay in the unit again in a heartbeat.

Quiet, central location

We loved our stay here. The ground floor unit was next to the parking lot for ease of movement. The place is great for people with mobility issues. The unit was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The lanai was delightful with the plants providing some privacy. The owners were so considerate and patient as I had to switch our days, even working with VRBO for us. I hope to be able to stay here again.

Kihei's Perfect Stay

Alhoa~This little gem is perfectly located for everything on Maui, from snorkeling, the beaches, hiking, shopping and finding great food. We always felt like we were coming home to our home. Very nice resort and very nice 1 bedroom condo

This was my first VRBO rental. At first I wasn’t sure but the resort and location grew on us, once we rented a car. The owners are fabulous communicators and go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. The unit is updated, well stocked and comfortable. We had never stayed on the Kihei side of Maui. We will return.

This really is a very clean and comfortable condo. Hosts Shawn and Dave were great! They were informative and helpful with any questions we had. They have obviously put thought into the little details... Very comfortable king size bed. Kitchen has everything needed for cooking and dining in. Full washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets. Nicely secluded patio. We're already looking forward to coming back again next year!
