Fountain of the Sun 55+ - 2BR 2 BA updated condo--A Paradise in the Sun

Welcome to Fountain of the Sun, a friendly, resort style, 55+ golf community.

Comfortable 2 bedroom 2 full bath, first floor condo - no steps. Has everything you need for a wonderful visit. Fully furnished with linens, towels, kitchen equipment and more.

1100 square feet, sleeps 4. Split floor plan.
Two large skylights make it very light and bright.

There are ceiling fans in the kitchen, the living/dining area and also on the covered patio.

Master bedroom has a queen size bed, a large walk in closet and a sliding door to the patio. Master bathroom has a newly remodeled walk in shower.

Guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a large closet. It has access to the main bath with a shower/tub combination.

Dining room table and 4 chairs - will comfortably seat six with 2 kitchen chairs added. Table also has a self-stored leaf to open even larger.

Your own laundry room and a large walk in closet provide plenty of room to store luggage, etc.

The large covered patio has a gas grill and faces a grassy courtyard.
Condo is located just steps from the heated pool and hot tub.

This is a gated adult community that features lots of activities: an 18 hole Golf Course, Restaurant, Exercise Room, Pickle Ball courts, Games, Billiard Room, Library and lots more.

At least one of the renters must be 55 or over. This is a NO PET area.

The condo is located close to restaurants, shopping of all kinds including Costco, and many golf courses. Phoenix Sky Harbor airport is 25 minutes away and Mesa Gateway is 20 minutes. Old Town Scottsdale shopping is 30 minutes.

Bright, well maintained comfortable condo with spacious patio in quiet, pedestrian-friendly community. Short drive to shopping, golf courses, restaurants, hiking.

Great stay, lovely owner!

The property was just as I expected it from the pictures on VRBO. No surprises. The host owner put any concerns I had to rest, right at the beginning. She answered all by questions and was available for communication at all times. She made it perfect! Loved the Condo and location.

Fun Place

Very clean and well appointed rental. Mostly snowbirds so everyone is friendly. Guard gate provides piece of mind and area is quiet and peacefull. Really enjoyed my stay here.

Excellent place to stay

This was a great location for us as we were visiting family in the area. Rose has the property well equipped. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The courtyard from the patio is open and the pool is close by. We made fresh lemon juice from the fruit trees near by. The neighbors are all very friendly and helpful. We didn’t use any of the amenities due to Covid. Rose was excellent to work with! I would definitely recommend this Vrbo it was an all around great experience.

Great place to stay

This property is very comfortable and the location is great. Rose had everything we needed for our month long stay from shampoo to coffee filters to puzzles we worked on the patio. Wifi worked great but we gave up trying to figure out how to use the firestick. The pool is just steps away from the patio and there are orange, lemon, and grapefruit trees all around the neighborhood just waiting to be picked. Everyone was really friendly, the neighbors, the pickleball players, and the staff at Birdies. We would definitely rent here again.

Comfortable, spacious and well-stocked, split BR home.

Everything you need, and lovely view of greenbelt over kitchen sink includes quail, rabbits and more. Generous supply of kitchen amenities, paper products and linens. Quiet, senior neighborhood, gate guarded for extra security.
