Merci d'avoir pensé à la maison loin de chez nous!

Notre villa est une unité d'extrémité 423 «Direct Oceanfront» souhaitable au 4Úme étage dans le quartier populaire de Forest Beach. Une rénovation majeure a consisté à enlever les murs, à installer de nouvelles armoires en bois dans la cuisine, la salle à manger et les salles de bains, des comptoirs en granit, de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, une douche à l'italienne dans la salle de bain principale et la 2e chambre, un éclairage au plafond à DEL, des ventilateurs de plafond, des planchers en bois et plus. Le résultat est une atmosphÚre trÚs ouverte, aérée et plage. Nos nombreux clients de retour adorent le nouveau look!

Il y a 2 chambres, chacune ayant sa propre salle de bain privée. Il y a un grand balcon prÚs du salon / salle à manger et un plus petit de la chambre principale, parfait pour profiter des repas et observer les jardins bien entretenus, la piscine, la plage et l'océan Atlantique en constante évolution. Surveillez les dauphins jouant prÚs du rivage, les bateaux à crevettes pour attraper votre prochain repas et les navires à l'horizon en direction du port de Savannah ou du large. Coligny Plaza, avec ses nombreux magasins et restaurants, est accessible à pied. Il y a une piste pavée de marche et de vélo en face de notre complexe. Et si l'ambiance vous frappe pour vous aventurer plus loin de votre «chez-vous», faites une excursion d'une journée dans le quartier historique de Buford, Savannah ou Charleston. Voulez-vous vous joindre à nous!

I can’t say enough about this condo. Beautiful condo. Elke was wonderful with all my questions. Very quick to respond. The condo was spacious and the view was perfect. The complex was very clean, and safe. Plenty of parking. Spent time at the pool and the beach. Great location near Coligny circle. We will be back.

The accommodations were better than expected! The unit was updated and quiet. It was an end unit. The kitchen was fully equipped. The location is the best! We have stayed at Ocean One many times before and it is so convenient to the beach and a very short walk to Coligney for eating and shopping. Elke was so easy to communicate with. You would not go wrong with this unit. We had a great week!

Perfect beach retreat

I spent 2 weeks in this condo and loved it! It was just at described and was a pleasurable place to stay. Property is well maintained, condo was spacious and well equipped. I loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the ocean. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Beach Condo!

Clean, spacious, updated condo with everything you need! This is probably the most well-stocked condo I have ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking and eating in. Communication with the host was excellent and friendly. This condo is basically right on the beach with a pool in between. Definitely hope to stay again!

Ocean One Perfect!!

This property is amazing! My 9 year old granddaughter and I made our first trip to Hilton Head. I was so impressed with how clean and well furnished the codo was. Th oceanfront view is spectacular. We loved having our coffee on the balcony every morning. Elke has everything you might need in the well equipped kitchen. Pool at the property is great and not over crowded. Elke checked in and made sure we arrived okay and left her contact information if we needed anything. We had no issues only a fantastic time. If you are looking for a place in Hilton Head I highly recommend this one!!

Excellent location, great condo, and the property was well maintained. It’s the first property I’ve been to where the elevator never broke down and there are a lot of luggage charts.

Great location - Close to everything

Just came back from a great week at HHI. We were very pleased with this condo and Elke, the owner, was very responsive. The beach at HHI can be quite busy, but this condo property had their own little piece of heaven. Great pool and easy access to the beach that was not overwhelmed with back to back umbrellas that comes with the higher-rise condo buildings. The condo itself was very clean and close to Sea Pines golfing and the many restaurants at Coligny Plaza.

Perfect in Every Way!

We have stayed at numerous properties in Hilton Head and this is by far the best! The location was great, very quiet and private. The condo was so clean!! It is obvious that the owner cares about the property and maintains it as such. The kitchen was very well equipped. It more than met our needs. We will be back. Nailed It!

I’m super picky about where we stay. It takes me weeks to decide on a place.. Nailed it with this condo. Location is great, view is the best, the layout of the condo is perfect! It’s clean and has every comfort or convenience you need. First time to Hilton Head, if we return this will be our place!

Location was excellent as was communication with the apartment owner. The property needs a new mattress in the master bedroom as the existing one had an impression on the right side. The sofa was old and shed feathers. Other than that, the property was in a great spot, overlooked the ocean, and was within walking distance of Cologny circle.

Beautiful condo and great week.

This was our first time staying at Ocean One. It was myself, my husband, my 8 year old son and his friend. Overall, we were very pleased with the condo and our stay. The layout is great and the view is spectacular. We loved sitting on the balcony watching over the pool and looking out at the ocean. Mother nature blessed us with an amazing storm one night and we very much enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the most amazing lightning show over the ocean for over an hour. We also spotted several dolphins more than once in the mornings. The grilling area was perfect. Our favorite meal of the week was when we grilled out and ate by the pool late in the evening. Tiki Jim's is right next door and we loved being able to hear the live music while we enjoyed the pool (and it was just a quick walk on the beach to get a pina colada ;) ) The condo was comfortable and spacious although we really weren't in it much. The beds were surprisingly comfy! The only slight negative, the ceiling is very low in the master bedroom as my 6'3 husband quickly noticed. His head was level with ceiling fan. Yikes! We really wished the pool had better hours. The pool and pool deck area is only open 10am-sunset. I absolutely get the reasons for it (allow time for cleaning, and to avoid unwanted noise for pool-side guests). However...those are some pretty restrictive hours. Elke was fantastic about communicating before the trip, the day that we arrived, and while were there. We LOVED that the condo is located within walking distance to so many things. We walked to Coligny several times for meals, groceries, and coffee. We also walked to a really fantastic playground nearby, Adventure Playground. Our favorite adventure was kayaking with dolphins. We did a 2 hour guided tour with Kayak Hilton Head in the evening and we were able to watch fireworks after. Highly recommend this! The one downside we had for our trip is that it was CROWDED and no one can help that. :) Our beach area in front of the condo was very crowded. You definitely had to claim your spot early. Then there is public beach access next to this area and it was insanely crowded the week we went. We weren't used to that at HHI, as we have always stayed in Sea Pines which is much quieter. So the crowd was a shock to us and sometimes disruptive. However, overall, we had an amazing vacation and the condo was wonderful. Thank you, Elke, for sharing your family vacation home with us and being such a great owner.

We had such a good time here over memorial day weekend! The host is amazing and checks in to ensure you have everything you need! The place was spotless. Beds were comfortable. They literally have thought of everything you could need for a beach condo! Highly recommend!

Perfect home away from home

The condo is spotless and well supplied with everything you need to enjoy a stress free vacation. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Showers have great water pressure and there are ceiling fans in the rooms, which was great. The patio is wonderful - amazing views! We enjoyed playing the board games and puzzles in the unit. Love that this is an end unit a bit away from the pool, too. The grounds of this property are well maintained. The security guards are so nice. The pool is great. Access to beach is easy. Loved the grills (great set up there!) and they’ll soon have fire pits that look lovely. Our kids loved the grassy areas in the back for playing games and tossing the football. And last but not least, the owner, Elke, is so attentive and gracious. She genuinely wants all her guests to have a perfect vacation. So kind and gracious. Thank you!

Fantastic Condo - Right at the Beach!!

Lovely Condo - had everything we could want - perfect view of the pool and beach from the balcony. Washer and dryer (you don't have to pack as much :-)... also Elke was great at providing everything to make our stay the best.

We can't thank the owner enough!

Elke was very responsive right from start to make sure we were comfortable. She made us feel right at home. This location of beachfront is perfect, plenty of activities to enjoy, or just relax and take it in. Walking/bike path across the street and Coligny Plaza close by for shopping.-(Great little coffee shop called "Coffee Near Me", open early)! I have to mention the area restaurants are fabulous, waterfront views and best seafood ever! We can't to come back! we elke

What a Great Place.

The condo is very nice with a great view. Elke checked in on us to make sure all was OK, she was vey easy to work with. The area is fantastic, you really do not need to drive anywhere as Coligny has multiple shops and places to eat. It was a great vacation at HHI and we look forward to doing it again.
