Amazing condo with a great view of the beach and pool, pet-friendly with comfortable beds and bathrooms, and a short two minute walk to the ocean. Overall, this was an exhilarating experience and I highly recommend staying at Barrington Arns.

Great new destination

My new wife and her family have been going to HH for some time but I have never been. Loved the island and the home we stayed in. Views were great, access to beach was great. Home was better than described. Loved our stay. Would certainly go again.

Barrington on the Beach!!

We had a great week at Barrington on the Beach! We were so impressed with the cleanliness of the property. Everything we needed was easy to find and the place was well stocked. The location of the unit was great! We had a great view and it was easy to head downstairs for a walk or bike ride. I hope we can book again next summer!

Great Condo

Nice and clean condo right on the ocean. Owners were very easy to communicate with. Unfortunately, the pool wasn’t working the week we stayed but the owners made the situation right. Nice views of the ocean from the second floor balcony. Also, one of only a handful of units in this area that are dog friendly. Overall we were happy with the stay.

Great stay

We love the Palmetto Dunes area and the Barrington. The Barrington grounds are well maintained and beach access is close and easy. Nice beach chairs provided in the locker in the parking garage. Nice touch. This unit was as described and as the pictures show on the website. The actual views from the villa are even better than the pictures. Owners reached out quickly when we had a question. Extremely happy with our stay and would not hesitate to stay in Barrington Arms 207 again.

Perfect stay!

My family and our two small dogs had a perfect stay in this beautiful condo overlooking the pool and beach. The condo is lovely, immaculate, and up to date and is well located within Palmetto Dunes/Leamington. It has a well equipped kitchen, plenty of room to store groceries, and brand new family room furniture. The condo complex grounds are very well maintained and beautiful as well, and who can beat a view of the ocean? A super place to chill out for the week! Linda and Keith were very responsive and communicative throughout the process from initial booking through the stay, answering all our questions promptly, so I would not hesitate to rent from them again.

Second Stay...and counting!

We enjoyed our stay at Linda and Keith's condo so much last time that we booked again for this summer. It was another wonderful week! The condo is in excellent condition, very clean, with a well stocked kitchen and there were even some nice furniture and decor updates this time. Barrington is a lovely, quiet location with wonderful grounds, some underground parking, plenty of beach gear, and a large pool. Linda and Keith are very responsive if you have a question. Highly recommend!

Our first visit to HH

We really enjoyed the bike friendliness of the island. Literally everything is accessible by bike path! The location of the villa is wonderful and the view is great. It does show its rental wear but we very much enjoyed our time.

Happiness

Hilton Head is our Happy Place. This condo is well- equipped, beautifully furnished, close to the pool, and closer to the beach than it appears in the pictures, so close that we sat on the balcony during our daily happy hour and listened to the waves. Excellent communications with the owners. We ARE coming back next year.

Fabulous Oceanfront Condo!

This condo is truly one of the best we’ve rented, and we rent in Palmetto Dunes every summer! It’s beautifully decorated, with a view of the complex grounds, swimming pool, and of course – of the ocean. The kitchen had everything we needed, and it appears to be recently renovated with modern appliances. The bathrooms and bedrooms are also nicely done (with comfortable mattresses), and the beautiful living/dining area is functional and comfortable. Finally, the all-important patio, where we spent most of our time, has a fabulous view! We’d absolutely stay here again – and plan too!! We’d recommend this condo without hesitation!

Pack light! Once you are here you will not want to leave. Buy enough food and drink for the week and just chill in your favorite pair of shorts and t-shirt and flip flops. Watch the kids in the pool and then take a evening walk on the beach! Or not, maybe you prefer to get up early and watch the sunrise over the ocean. This villa will exceed your expectations for your Hilton Head vacation!
