Welcome to our remodeled SEAGRAPE Oceanfront home at 19808 Gulf Blvd. This home is located in the quaint and quiet town of Indian Shores. It has such a peaceful atmosphere once you set foot on the property.

We love how close the beach is to the pool/house. It is just a few steps to the water.

This property has almost 70 feet of direct beach front which is a RARE find in this area. The direct views of the Beach and Gulf of Mexico are amazing while you enjoy it from your covered deck, private pool or wall to wall windows in the living room and reading area!!
Our PRIVATE SEAGRAPE beach home offers 3 Bedrooms. This is a ground floor home with just a few steps!

Master king size bedroom with private bathroom
Guest bedroom with 1/2 bath - king size bed
Kids bedroom - 2 full beds
To access guest bedroom you will need to walk through kids room.

There are 2 1/2 fully remodeled bathrooms .
The master bath offers a spacious walk-in shower/bench, large vanity and walk in closest.
The guest bathroom offers a standing shower (the washer and dryer are conveniently located in this bathroom). There is a private half bath within the guest bedroom.
We offer linens (8 bath/hand/wash), hair dryer, 8 beach towels and travel size soaps/shampoo for our guests to enjoy!

The remodeled spacious kitchen offers all the modern amenities including a dining area for 6. There is also outside dining under the covered porch that seats 6.
There is also very spacious family room plus an reading area with wall to wall windows to enjoy the beautiful pool, beach and ocean views!
This home provides ample private parking for 2 cars/SUVs maximum, 4 beach chairs and BBQ outdoor grill with utensils.
You can easily walk to some fantastic restaurants.
The Maximum occupancy is 6 guests of any age. At the time of booking, you will need to provide first name and age of all guests staying at the property. We do not allow any exceptions to our occupancy limits.
Only registered guests are allowed on property. No exceptions. No day guests.
Video Surveillance is on the exterior of the property for your safety. Please read house rules for additional policies.
Pool is heated beginning December 1 through March 1 at 85 degrees.

The highlight of our stay was definitely the location. Having the pool right on a beautiful, quiet beach was amazing. Unfortunately, the pool temperature was too cold for swimming during our visit. The house itself offered plenty of space, which we appreciated.However, we were disappointed to discover that none of the front windows could be opened to enjoy the sea breeze, which at times made the interior feel a bit claustrophobic. I would recommend disclosing this in the property description, or considering adding a glass fence to meet Florida code and allow the windows to open.Overall, I would still recommend this property.

Great location! Our family utilized the ocean side home as well as the back home. It gave us plenty of space to be able to spread out and have our own time alone when needed. Being so close to the ocean was great to run back and forth for snacks or for taking a break out of the sun. Pool was a bonus too! Host was excellent in communication and we hope to be back someday in the future.

We Had a fantastic stay at this gulf front house. The pool was located so close to the beach which was amazing. The host was very quick with a response when we had any questions. The host did inform us prior to our stay that there was a flooring issue in the master bath, which was confirmed upon our arrival, and they were going to address this issue after our stay. while the floor was uneven in a few other places in the beach house, the location of this house was fantastic.

The location of this home is key! We traveled with two little ones and it was great to have the pool and the beach right there! The outdoor shower is also nice for rinsing off after coming back from the beach. The inside of the home is really nice, newly remodeled and perfect for a family beach vacation. The only constructive feedback I have is that it would have been nice to have a few more basic kitchen/bathroom essentials provided. For example, there are only small hotel samples of bathroom toiletries available which is hardly enough for a family staying for the week. There was also minimal paper towels, toilet paper, etc. and we were told we need to provide our own once those were out. This would have been nice to know before coming. We’ve stayed at many beach homes around the US and it’s pretty customary to have enough of this provided for the duration of your stay.

Excellent Location

The location is unbeatable. RIGHT on the beach and a private pool. Ultimately, that’s most important. The pool is perfect and the outdoor area is fantastic. We very much enjoyed our stay. The interior could use some work. Not in bad shape by any means. Kitchen is nice however the appliances weren’t great. Very Cheap. The dishwasher had trouble cleaning off the dishes. Bedrooms and bathrooms are nice as well. The water pressure in the showers was sub par. I give it a 4.5!

Amazing, beautiful property

Seagrape is truly amazing. There’s a wonderful pool in back, and a beautiful beach is right beyond it. The sunsets alone are worth a visit — each night was more brilliant than the day before. Also for culinary types, the selection of tools and utensils in the kitchen is great (not often the case with rentals!). We look forward to coming back!

Mother’s Day Getaway

I treated my mother and step-mother to a short 4 night stay for Mother’s Day. The house is exactly as described and in a perfect location. It was so quiet we felt like we were on our own private island, but very close to shops and several excellent restaurants . Liz was amazing and very quick to respond. She gratuitously allow us to check in a little early since our flight landed very early in Tampa.

Annual Girls Trip

7 of us 40 somethings rented this adorable beach house for our annual girls trip. It couldn't have been a more perfect place. House was very clean, had everything you could need, and was directly on the beach. We enjoyed gorgeous views from the sofas with our morning coffee and from the covered side patio during the afternoon rainshower. Sliding door was very sticky and hard to open, but we just used other doors. Easy check in and checkout process, and great communication from host. We all mentioned several times that we could easily come back here every year. Book this beach house!!

Wonderful stay!

This home was perfect for our families. The common space is big and open, everyone had their own bedroom space. The pool area is fantastic! I reached out to Liz a few times and she was very quick to respond. There was plenty of amenities within walking distance as well. We were so sad to leave! I can’t wait to visit again!

Perfect for a Girls' Trip

We are a group of 5 former college roommates. We are still raving about this FANTASTIC home! The private pool right along the beach is amazing. The views from the dining area and living room are stunning at any time of day. The furniture and beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. As others have said, there is no privacy in the back 2 bedrooms, but since we wanted to be all together, it was perfect for us! The owners have done an excellent remodel and Liz quickly responds to any questions during your stay.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We love Indian Shores! It is a quiet and quaint city without all of the congestion of the bigger beach areas. Indian Shores is a part of the barrier island located 20 minutes from Tampa. The origin of the Indian Shores/Indian Rocks name is unknown but the pioneer settler Harvey K. Hendrick, who arrived in this area in 1890 remarked, "I liked the place, I thought it was the most beautiful place on God's green footstool.

We just purchased Seagrape in January 2020 because we wanted a PRIVATE get away for our family and friends. There are 2 private single family homes on this property:

19808 is a 3 bedroom and 2 bath.
19806 is a 3 bedroom and 2 1/2 bath with a private pool.

We do rent both properties together for large family gatherings up to 18 guests including adults and kids.

Seagrape is considered a historic home in Indian Shores. It was featured in a film, In the Line of Duty. It has such a peaceful atmosphere once you set foot on the property. This is the first time this property has been put on the vacation rental market. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

We love the privacy of this location. No high rises on either side of our property-- only private residents. The heated pool and gazebo are added amenities for enjoying time with family and friends. You can not find a private beach house in Indian Shores on the rental market of VRBO with 3 Bedrooms/2 bath and a heated pool .... with close to 70 ft of Beach front property all to yourself!
