This unique, elegant, custom home is a Florida dream! This huge 6 bedroom home has 6 kingsize beds and 1 queen with 8 bathrooms. The amenities are bountiful! Relax overlooking the Gulf access canals by the infinity style salt pool or the majestic views from the 2nd floor balcony. On the second floor, you can also enjoy a game room for a game of billiards or maybe the theater room for a movie or sporting event. This home has it all!

The home is in a GREAT location! The home is large and great for a family celebration. It was a nice surprise that the home was decorated for Christmas.The items that impacted our stayThe furnishing are extremely outdated and dirty( upholstery ). Some of the mattress and pillows should have been thrown away years ago.The kitchen was large and well equipped but so disorganized we all struggled to locate items necessary to cook. We absolutely loved the idea of the outdoor living space with grill, tv, fireplace!!Sadly, the tv did not work at all. The large grill was inoperable, the portable grill that was there as an alternative had no gas.The state of this area was a huge disappointment because no dinning and movie possible. it changed the whole experience of outdoor living and dining. The condition of the outdoor furniture was unacceptable . Along with the unhygienic condition of the many pillows and mattress. I know the house is for sale and it was sadly very obvious that the care and concern for the guest experience was an after thought. Small details that probably would not be mentioned if it were not for such other big issues. Missing light bulbs, light fixtures with missing bulbs, chandeliers with white and yellow bulbs mixed.In total , two tvs did not work at all. The lack of furniture and tv in the outdoor living room was a huge thing for my family. We expected to watch Christmas movies, games and such in the outdoor space. This home should be maintained

Family Gathering

We were celebrating my husbands 70th with the kids and grandkids. This place was the perfect size so that every family could have their own space. We were all able to sit at one table for meals. The pool and spa were a definite plus.

13 family members that hadn’t stayed under the same roof since the 1970’s. Plenty of areas for personal space and also for large group activities. Quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Would recommend for any large group. Pool was awesome!

This is our second time vacationing at this home
 unbelievable property, beautifully decorated, clean, the host is amazing
 He replies quickly to your questions and always willing to help!Thank you for giving us another good memory for spring vacation
 From all 14 of us!I would recommend this to anybody who’s looking for a beautiful large home that has everything you would ever want for a vacation rental!!!!! I wish I could give more than five stars!

Incredible Super Bowl weekend

Amazing time at your place over the Super Bowl weekend. Perfect spot for a group of high school buddies from the '80s to reconnect after scattering across the country. House is just spectacular. The pool/lanai setting where we spent almost all our time is made to order for maximum "hang out" time. We felt like we were back in our teens killing the day by the pool and maxing out our hot tub time. Kitchen setup was great. Big screen TV upstairs with the pool table and bar was ideal. High ceilings, big rooms with super clean bathrooms. I can't think of anything that needs an upgrade! Everything was perfect!Can't recommend this place enough if you're looking for a big place where everyone has their own space but you still have the feeling that you're all together the entire time. Thanks for sharing it with us!

Family wedding

We had two families in town for a wedding. The house was very comfortable and we had plenty of space for 12 people. I would highly recommend staying at this home.

Great Getaway!

Cannot say enough positive things about this home & location. We were a large group including kids and everyone had an amazing time. From the spacious outdoor lanai to pool & hot tub, the amenities were top notch. The house is perfect for multiple families and is fully equipped for cooking, entertaining, watching movies, playing pool and just relaxing. The hosts were incredibly accommodating & responsive. So thankful for this relaxing getaway!

Perfect stay!

I cannot say enough good things about this property. The home is very large with plenty of space for our group to not feel like we were on top of each other. The beds were very comfortable, which can be hard to find in a rental property. We loved our evenings in the pool with a fabulous view. Communication was excellent! Would 100% recommend and definitely stay again!

Great home and location

The house had plenty of room for our large group and the location was terrific. We also really loved that there were 2 laundry rooms and 2 dishwashers in the home as well. We did feel that the cleanliness upon arrival was lacking. But overall the home was comfortable and we had a great time.

Amazing

This home exceeds your expectations. The layout is perfect for multiple families and the outdoor space is perfect for relaxing. The neighborhood is quiet. We walked to the local coffee shop in the morning and the kids fished off the dock. The owners were very responsive - would highly recommend this home!

Spring break 2024

The property and location are amazing. We traveled with four other families and had plenty of space for everyone. The location is close to many beaches and other activities in the Fort Myers area. We did have an issue with the refrigerator and gas (for cooking) while we stayed at the property but the host was responsive and ensured everything was fixed in a timely manner. We were also compensated for the time we were unable to use the refrigerator and cook (with the gas stove/BBQ). Would recommend this property to a single family, multiple families and/or a group of families/friends.

Beautiful Florida canal home!

This very spacious home was great for our family of 11! Everyone had plenty of space and the kids loved the media/pool room! There was a glitch with the swimming pool but mechanical things do happen and the owner did his best to get the repair done. We were compensated for the loss of pool time and appreciated his willingness to do so. The dock accommodated two boats and the river access was very quick and easy. We were lucky with great Florida weather!

Beautiful home

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home! The pool and hot tub were great and we loved fishing and paddle boarding on the canal. The home theater was awesome and we enjoyed many pool tournaments in the evening! Michael and John were so responsive when we had questions and were top notch hosts. I highly recommend this house for a great vacation!

Expansive home with room for everyone

We enjoyed our stay in this large home with a beautiful outdoor area including saltwater pool and spa. All bedrooms except the room with a king and queen had en suite bathrooms and the additional 3 half baths made the house fit our family well. There are a few maintenance and deep cleaning items that could/should be addressed (ice maker and freezer ice maker not working, lights out, sinks needing to be unclogged), but overall the owner/property manager were quick to respond to our requests and easy to work with. They even brought us a honey baked ham for the holidays. Overall, we enjoyed this property and the location and we're looking forward to renting again.

Great location and views

This is such a great property to entertain the whole family. It’s HUGE! The views from the patio around the pool, over the waterway and everything else are great. The owner is easy to communicate with and available for any questions. We had a great time.
