Hi Sigrid, thank you for your detailed feedback, Sigrid. We’re very glad to hear that you found the house beautiful and well-equipped for your group of 10, and we truly appreciate your recommendation. However, we’re sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay did not meet expectations. We’d like to clarify a few points: * **BBQ Grill**: The grill available on-site matches the one shown in the listing photos. We understand there may have been a misunderstanding regarding the description, and we regret any confusion this caused. * **Check-in and Instructions**: We aim to provide clear, written guidance in our welcome book, but we appreciate your suggestion for in-person explanations, especially regarding the pool and spa settings. We’ll take that into consideration to improve guest experience. * **Pool Door Lock**: We sincerely apologize for the delay in resolving the lock issue and for the technician arriving while you were away. Guest privacy and safety are very important to us, and this will be reviewed internally. Thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention. Your feedback has been noted and will be shared with our property management team to ensure we can continue to improve. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future. Best regards, Roelens Vacations
