My family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation here. It was relaxing, provided plenty of space to ensure we all had privacy, and yet we could still come together for fun. We loved the easy access to home amenities like the bikes, garage, & streaming abilities to our own accounts. I would recommend this house for families and those who recognize its beauty.

This home was perfect. It was my sister and I together. We had just lost our father after being his caretakers for almost 2 years. It was the perfect place to reset and relax. It was quiet. The pool was perfect. Close to stores and restaurants. And a short drive to many beaches. We will definitely book this home again!

We had a wonderful time at the Villa Dolphin. More than enough space for six of us.Some initial issues getting in that were entirely my fault, the manager was very responsive and got us situated. Beautiful setting and convenient location. Close enough to stores, restaurants, etc but still in a quiet area. The pool was wonderful in a great setting. We'd definitely go again.

Pictures of the house and pool were extremely dated. The pictures were probably from 15 years ago. We had to have someone come out and repair two of the doors so that we could use the room. Tiles around the pool were not all level, which was a bit of a safety concern for the kids. When we arrived at the property, the temperature of the house was 80 degrees and took forever to cool down. The house had a 1/2 roll of toilet paper provided. I would look elsewhere for a rental property.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear your stay did not meet your expectations. We'd like to clarify that the photos in our listing are current and accurately represent the home. We strive to ensure our listing reflects the property as guests will find it upon arrival. We apologize for the inconvenience with the doors and appreciate your patience while we had them repaired during your stay. We also take safety concerns seriously and will inspect the pool deck to ensure everything is in good condition. Regarding the home's temperature, we keep the air conditioning at an energy-conscious setting between guests, which can mean it takes some time to reach the desired temperature after check-in. We also provide a starter supply of household essentials, including toilet paper, as outlined in our listing. We value all guest feedback and are always looking for ways to improve the guest experience. Thank you again for your comments. Kind regards, Marie Maartensson Vacanza Rentals, LLC

We really enjoyed our stay. This was a kind of celebration of my wife's retirement and was a good choice. Beautiful view of canal and passing boats. Home was cheerful, well furnished and maintained and convenient to restaurants and stores.

We were very dissapppinted with the cleanliness of this house and property. The house would be beautiful with some updating. The area is gorgeous. Had problems with the pool but it was fixed after a week. But the spa jets were not working properly and nothing was done to remedy the problem. All silverware and utensils were mismatched very old and knives were dull and rusted. On the whole we had a nice time but it could have been a better experience. I won't even go into some of the issues we had with the cleanliness of the house. It's a very nice home but I would not rent it again.

Villa Dolphin Stay

The property and view was beautiful. We had five adults staying and we had a wonderful time in the pool and hot tub. The house was well equipped. We grilled a number of nights. The location was great, close to grocery stores and other necessities. We had a lovely time for 2 weeks.

Family Vacay

Overall a great stay. Beautiful home. Some minor issues.... ants in a bedroom, HVAC maintenance came unannounced to service the system, no kayaks on property as listed but other that we loved it. Perfect for the 8 of us. Adults and grandkids loved the pool and being able to fish from the dock.

Wonderful Accommodations!

This home was beautiful! Lots of extras like a garage for the car, pool toys, plenty of extra towels, extra garbage bags, an extremely well appointed kitchen. And much more. It was very clean as well. And had plenty to do - gorgeous pool, bikes, fishing off deck, ping pong, work out room and more. Our host was responsive and very accommodating. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great place for a quiet getaway

Location was great if you don’t mind driving everywhere. No transit systems to speak of therefore everyone drives everywhere! Neighbourhood was quiet, house was clean, fridge wasn’t fully useable due to lack of shelves and non functioning drawer in the freezer. All in all a great place for a quiet getaway. Drove times were too long though.
