A Pelican's Watch - An Oceanfront 3 bedroom - 3 bath duplex with spectacular views of the glistening Atlantic Ocean. Just a few steps down your private walkway to the beach, you will quickly have your toes in the sand. As you walk into this cozy condo, this open living area floor plan presents immediate views of the rolling waves. First floor bedroom offers 2 queen size beds and full bath shared with the first floor common areas. From the first floor bedroom you will enjoy a quaint street side private balcony that offers fantastic views of the marsh. Second floor, ocean side bedroom has a king size bed with private bath. Enjoy a private ocean front balcony off of this bedroom with ocean views that go on for miles and a great place to sun, read a good book or even better - nap. The third bedroom on the street side, second floor has two double beds with a private bath. Enjoy your days on the beach and then rinse away the sand in your outside shower.

Great stay

The property was exactly as shown in listing and was very clean.The furniture and appliances were very clean and in excellent condition and all matched perfectly. The location was perfect too. The only thing that we might suggest is to trim the path to beach, especially near stairs to deck, as there are a few vines and tall grass that will trip you. We loved our stay and hope to return soon

Our go-to for beach get aways

This was our 3rd stay over the last 12 months. I stayed somewhere else for a trip last spring and it didn't match up to the pleasure we get from staying at Pelican's Watch. It's clean, obviously cared for, up dated, neat and (did I say clean?) One of the storms this summer must have blown off stuff on the side of the house and the gutters because they repaired them, without being intrusive to our vacation. Being that I've been here for both the summer (Labor Day) and the fall (October), I'll stick to my fall/spring trips. There is plenty of room to spread out, there are few people, little traffic, and it is quiet and relaxing. Did I mention that you can sit on the couch and watch the waves, hear the ocean crashing? Watching the waves and people from the deck outside the living room is also glorious because you can sit in the shade when the temperature isn't too hot (another reason to love the fall and spring!) I drive from MD and always choose Pelican's Watch, even though there are tons of beaches closer, but none are as calm, relaxing and close to the water as this one is. I hope we can do another trip in the spring. I admit we don't cook much. But DoorDash does deliver a bunch of restaurants here if you don't feel like cooking!
