The space
The home has been completely renovated from end to end and furnished with new furniture. A great getaway to enjoy all that Arizona has to offer. Kitchen is fully stocked and ready for the cook in the family! Comfortable bedding in each bedroom. Multiple TV\'s throughout the home. Backyard is a great place to relax. Diving pool and covered patio.

Guests have entire home to themselves and no shared spaces.
Other things to note
Pets are allowed but must be approved prior to booking. Any pets that are allowed will result in a $100 fee which will be requested upon booking.
If you are traveling with children 6 years of age and under please notify management so a child safety notice can be issued.
Absolutely no loud parties will be tolerated. Neighbors must be respected at all times.
Quiet hours are 10 PM nightly.
No smoking in home. Smoking anything in the property will result in a $1000 fine.
IMPORTANT: This property fully complies with all Arizona statutes, and all city ordinances, rules and regulations regarding short-term vacation rentals. Arizona state law §33-1806.01 / §33-1260.01 authorizes HOAâs and cities to require occupant information including contact data, and vehicle data. An online portal has been established to make the process of providing the required information easy and to take very little time.
* Renter Data Form completion, including occupant and emergency contact information, and acceptance of the host Terms of Occupancy are required within three days of booking.
(a) If you are not planning to park any personal vehicle(s) at the property you may check the box (in our online portal) indicating that you will be renting and/or using ride-share services.
(b) Bedroom and Bedding Setup. (OPTIONAL)
* Pool and Spa Indemnification. VERY IMPORTANT: At no time is a lifeguard on duty.
All renters must digitally execute a Pool & Spa Safety Indemnification Notice before occupancy. (REQUIRED)
* Arrival and Departure Process: An Initial Arrival Instructions email is sent after completing the online Renter Data Form. To protect the health and safety of all renters, and the field staff, the full arrival instructions including the property access information will only be provided the afternoon of your arrival after the property has been fully inspected and authorized for occupancy.
(a) Time Change Policy: All requests for early arrival and/or late departure must be requested in advance and may not be possible based on the homeâs cleaning, maintenance, and occupancy requirements and schedules. To receive updates on the likelihood of early arrival and/or late departure you may text for updated information on the day of your arrival for early arrival request updates, and the day before your departure to get late departure request updates.
(b) Health, Safety, & Security Protocols: Our arrival processes and systems are designed to prioritize your health and safety by protecting against arrivals to the home before the property has been fully cleaned, sanitized, inspected, and authorized for occupancy. The host reserves the right to cancel your booking if anyone in your group violates the established Health, Safety, and Security protocols by arriving to the property before receiving full authorization to occupy the property.
