Your Summer vacation starts down a 330 ft driveway to your waterfront Cottage nestled by the water in private cove. A sprawling 3.5 acre property with large Lawn area to play. Outside you will find a large firepit 50 feet from the water and our private 30 ft Dock. Enjoy are newly installed Large in-ground Swimming Pool, complete with lounge chairs and seating. Grill on your deck with a new gas stainless BBQ while you watch the sunset over the water. You have aces to outdoor games like badminton, volley ball, horse shoes, and more which we provide. Close by you will find public Tennis and basketball courts and the airport which has daily helicopter rides to Block Island. The Casinos are a 15-20 minute drive away and a 12 minute drive to nearest Beach or several other Beaches. Famous Mystic CT and Newport Ri 25- 30 minute drive. The cottage boastsa roomy 2 Bedroom 2 Bath and a pull out couch, sleeps 6. Maximum 4 adults 2 children ( under age of 15) . Fully furnished. Everything you need to cook and entertain. Dinning Set. Linens provided. Central Air Conditioning. New Construction. TV in each bedroom and Living Room. Walk out to patio. Private Dock . Beautiful Sunsets. Parking for 2+ cars

The property is well sited, near RI beaches and the coast towns of Eastern Connecticut. The view from the living room, kitchen and front porch is exactly as depicted in the picture. The house is well stocked and very comfortable. The pool is gorgeous.

Great spot. Quiet and picturesque but close to all that westerly, mystic and misquamicut have to offer. The pool was excellent and Ronnie couldn’t have been easier to work with. A most pleasant stay.

Wildlife Surprise

Deer, wild turkeys, 2 swans, cormorants and herons. All wonderful surprises on the River with a very convenient location to everything.

Million Dollar View

The house is great - clean, new, great location - easy access to beaches, Watch Hill, Stonington and Mystic. The view takes your breath away - lovely spot to sit and just relax any time of day. Sunsets are beautiful!

Perfect get-away!

A well-appointed bungalow in a great location! Comfortable and clean with a great view of the river. Owner is responsive and on property if you need anything. We will definitely stay here again.

the house is a quick car ride to beach, grocery, shopping; not for little kids: cove and busy road

Overall, comfortable and convenient to everything. There is a washer/dryer so every night back from beach, everything gets cleaned for tomorrow's trip back. The family is on the property in the larger house so any problems get resolved asap. Ladies over 50: no ceiling fans so hot at night. The AC works fine but... well you know. Sit out back and look out at the cove, watch the sun set, and build a fire in the fire pit. I do suggest the owner supply beach chairs (easily stored in the closets or his boat house); we flew in to RI so didn't have beach chairs with us. It is on a fairly busy road so a few exercise walks but a little nerve-wracking with blind corners. I would have loved to have access to bikes to bike to the beach rather than drive.

Excellent lodging option with good access to Rhode Island and Connecticut recreation venues

Watch Hill cottage that is very well equipped and furnished, discreetly located on a quiet cove off the river, and a convenient location. All of these features are provided by the cordial and professional couple that own and manage the property: highly recommended for stays in Westerly, RI area.

Great Property & Location

House is very well maintained, nicely decorated, with comfortable furniture. Well located near beaches, shopping and restaurants. View out back overlooking river is quite lovely. Owner was available and very responsive when issues came up.

The cottage was perfect the setting was beautiful. Enjoyed fishing , had a fire under the stars . The cottage is not far from Watch Hill and not far from Mystic we had a wonderful time.

Natural setting outside, contemporary convenience inside

spent one week with mom and daughter to reconnect and experience Rhode Island beaches and restaurants. The property offered birds. Swans and other natural beauty. Kitchen well equipped. Short drive to beaches, grocery etc.. owner always responsive to our needs.

Enjoyable!

Great location and property with easy access to all popular spots. Enjoyed the fire pit, rented a kayak, fished off the dock. House is new so we were very comfortable.
