Un beau 1500 sq ft nouveau Aboed au centre-ville de Watch Hill avec vue sur l'océan et la baie.

Situé au cœur du centre-ville de Watch Hill, ce condo est une oasis de sérénité dans laquelle vous ne voudrez plus jamais quitter. Option économique pour les lieux de mariage dans la région, la plupart à courte distance de marche. Faites de longues promenades sur la plage, admirez les magnifiques couchers de soleil, détendez-vous au son des vagues et promenez-vous jusqu'au phare. Avec un accès facile aux plages publiques et privées, un carrousel historique, un centre-ville plein de boutiques et de restaurants, vous serez toujours divertis.

Dans ce tout nouveau condo, vous n'aurez pas à vous soucier d'installer votre famille entière, car notre condo peut facilement accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Dans la chambre principale, il y a un lit queen luxueux et dans l'autre chambre, il y a un lit superposé avec un lit gigogne. La couchette supérieure est une simple, la couchette inférieure est un double et le lit gigogne est un simple. Toujours dans le salon, le canapé a un lit gigogne.

Le condo a 2 salles de bain qui ont chacune une douche, un lavabo et des toilettes. Mais la salle de bain principale dispose également d'une baignoire à jets.

La cuisine haut de gamme possède tous les meilleurs appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable tels qu'un grand réfrigérateur et congélateur, un four micro-ondes, une cuisinière à gaz et un four. Vous pouvez prendre vos repas uniques dans les salles à manger intérieures ou extérieures.

Le patio a non seulement une vue imprenable sur la plage, l'océan, le centre-ville et les magnifiques couchers de soleil, mais il dispose également de deux chaises à bascule et d'une table à manger.

Ce condo a également 2 téléviseurs intelligents à écran plat et wifi pour vous détendre à l'intérieur. La télévision à écran plat dans le salon a un foyer au gaz en dessous.

La location de condo comprend 2 places de stationnement.

We can't say enough good things about the property, the location and the host. The property was just as described and immaculate. It was the most well stocked property we have ever stayed at. It really had everything you might need. The location could not have been better. Right in the heart of Watch Hill. Easy access to shopping, eating and beaches. Our host Erich was excellent and very responsive. We were planning on leaving on a Saturday and he contacted us the day before to see if we wanted to stay another day for a discounted price and we took him up on his offer. This was absolutely one of my best VRBO stays. As far as the location goes, we made trips to Mystic CT, Naraganset and Mohican Sun Casino in 30 minutes.I highly recommend this property and Erich is the best!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It is beautiful, clean and well-maintained. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. The location is ideal - right across from the beach and the carrousel. It is our second time staying here and we will definitely return!

Wonderful September stay at Erich's condo. Very clean unit with a well-stocked kitchen. Perfect location. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony having coffee in the morning. Loved hearing the ocean waves from the unit. Highly recommend this VRBO property and will return in the future.

Wonderful Stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Erich Strunck's property. It was neat and clean when we arrived and wonderfully located right in town. Any complaints I might have are minor ones and overall I would recommend the property to anyone staying in Watch Hill.

Lovely place to stay

Wonderful stay at a great property. One nice element is that it is the place at the ebd of Bay Street in Watch Hill you have some side windows that look out. The owner was nice and helpful to deal with at all times. Definitely would return.

Great Stay!

Everything was clean and tidy. The location was wonderful and directly across the street from the beach. Getting into the unit was easy. I also really liked the size of the appliances.

Wonderful stay

The property was perfectly situated right in the town of WH across the street from one beach and down the hill from the other. It was perfect for our three young kids (5, 3, 1). We were surprised how big and spacious the property was and it was very comfortable for our week long stay. The condo had everything we needed, including beach supplies. We loved our stay and would love to return.

Wonderful getaway!

My family and i stayed at this condo right in the heart of watch hill in late June. The owner, Erich, has everything we could need - washing machine, towels, kitchen supplies, soaps and detergents, etc etc. Comfy beds, spacious living room, and fun deck to people watch and grill! Highly recommend and hope to be back soon.

Location for Summer Fun without Driving

My wife and I grew up in this area and have lived in CA since 1982. We both always loved Watch Hill but this place with it's spacious rooms and convenient location make this a great stay. Walk to the beaches, shops, and restaurants was great. Ice Cream across the street too!!

This beautiful condo was all that these “Salt Life” gals needed. We are beach goers and foodies that love a sunset and cocktail hour. This condo had all we needed. Completely comfortable . Clean and convenient.

The perfect Watch Hill experience

Our host had thought of everything to make our stay both comfortable and memorable. He even indicated his favorite places for breakfast and dinner. The beach was ideal and and just across the street. The nearby restaurants and shops were great, including the ice cream shop opposite our condo. We could see both the ocean and a fun street scene from our balcony. Loved this place!

Downtown Watch Hill

We were just looking for a quick get away between the end of school and the start of all our summer activities. This place hit the mark for everything we wanted - walkability to the beaches, the shops and restaurants of Watch Hill. The condo was clean and spacious. The owner is very friendly and full of helpful highlights for the area. We hope to come back again!
