This newly renovated home wonderfully captures the essence of coastal living inviting you to completely embrace the beach lifestyle for your vacation rental getaway. AN OUTDOOR BARBECUE PAVILION.. Ideally situated; you are walking distance to downtown westerly and a short drive to Misquamicut, Watch Hill, and Weekapaug beaches . Don't want to carry everything to the beach? No problem, a beach pass is included.

Better still, take a leisurely walk or bike ride to Watch Hill village. Bring your bikes. Our quiet, tranquil setting offers private outdoor patios and outdoor kitchen and is the right amount of perfect space for morning coffee or evening cocktails - as you smell the ocean air , as you wind down your day!

The beach house has central air conditioning, three bedrooms named after local spots. (1) king(1) queen , (1) Full, and (1) Twins. One full mattress and one twin mattress on bunk beds ( bunk bed s ) The kitchen/dining and living areas are open concept. Enjoy the custom bar cabinet for all your cocktail needs. The house sleeps 6-8 comfortably and is beautifully furnished. we have thought of all details so that you simply need to relax and enjoy your stay!

Private backyard features hot/cold water outdoor shower, gas grill and outdoor dining and seating and a beautiful outdoor kitchen Enjoy a game of cornhole while you grill! This is a multi level home and the second floor is available for rent so the whole house could be six beds four baths but this listing is for the first floor only which has complete use of the outdoor facilities , lawn and driveway.

Great location, clean and well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Great restaurant, cafe and shopping options within walking distance in Westerly. The town beach is wonderful - with good parking, nice amenities and great surf and sand.

Great location!

This house is located in the perfect location. Close proximity to beaches, restaurants and shops. Neighborhood is super quiet with a walkable coffeehouse and sandwich shops. Highly recommend!

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time - it was our first family vacation and everything was exactly as it appeared in the listing! The patio and outdoor kitchen were perfect for our evenings, the house provided plenty of space for our babies to play, and is conveniently located close to beaches. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Fantastic Stay!

We booked this property for our 4th of July celebration and it was fantastic from start to finish. From the communication before we even arrived to the beautiful touches throughout, it was amazing. Our family enjoyed the outdoor shower and living space the most, but inside was just as great as outside. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could imagine for making a great dinner. We already look forward to our next stay!

Quick beach trip

This house was perfect for our family's quick beach trip. The house itself was beautiful. It was in a wonderful location and we loved that it came with a beach parking pass. Our family loved the games in the closet to play at night. The outside amenities were awesome and we really enjoyed ourselves.

The place was absolutely wonderful
immaculate, light, well-stocked with towels, coffee pods, paper towels, water, etc. the grounds were beautiful. Access was easy. The management company was very responsive. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend!

This property is attractive, well-equipped and spacious with a really nice kitchen and an expansive outdoor patio, complete with an outdoor TV. There's also an outdoor shower.There were a few relatively minor issues that could use some improvement, particularly at this price point, including polyester sheets on the beds (rather than cotton), a broken towel hook, and a failure to include top sheets for the kids beds.More importantly, there was a communication breakdown between the property manager and the cleaning team that resulted in an unpleasant end to our stay. The property manager had told us that no guest was checking in after us and that we could stay until at least noon. Unfortunately, she apparently forgot to convey any of this information to the cleaning staff, who showed up twice before noon and became irate that we were not checked out. When we told the cleaning person that the property manager had authorized a late checkout for us, she yelled that this was "not her problem." The property manager had gone on vacation and did not respond to calls or texts once this happened.

Westerly Respite

This was a very enjoyable stay in very comfortable digs. We have stayed in Westerly several times but mostly in the Watch Hill area. It was nice staying in the downtown area. Especially within a stones throw of Junk & Java. Pretty amazing coffee and baked goods. Very nice setup in the patio with nice furnishings, outdoor television and what looked like an upscale grill. We did not take advantage of the grill but perhaps in the future when we stay longer :-). The manager and the owners were quite nice and responsive to any questions or issues. Not many issues and nothing worth mentioning. My only non-positive comment is that the bed in the queen bedroom could be a littler firmer. However, the King master bed was heavenly. Seriously. 5 stars across the board with absolutely no regrets. We love Westerly! Lou & Ginny
