The Space:
Very cool and open layout.

Master King bedroom - On the inner side of the loft with no windows. Enclosed by walls all the way to the ceiling and no windows. Very quiet at night! Has attached bathroom that can be used from the bedroom or through common space.

Two queen room - Has the nice bathroom and one of the lofts over looks this bedroom. There are curtains for privacy.

Please note that three bedrooms are lofts only accessible via a ladder.
Loft 1 - Is right above the entrance and will have curtains for privacy
Loft 2 and 3 - Climb up from the kitchen and go left to loft 2. This over looks the room with two queens and can be separated by curtains. Go right to loft 3 which over looks the living room.

Just because we allow so many people to sleep in the unit does not mean your group will find it comfortable. It is up to each group to decide if the layout fits their needs. Please reach out if you have questions.

Being in the heart of downtown there is the potential for noise. Thursday through Saturday tends to be louder than other days.

Parking is detached and 1 block south of the unit. You must enter the building to get your parking pass before parking.

The Neighborhood:
The location is in the middle of downtown Indianapolis with the police head quarters across the street!

Getting Around:
walk walk walk. You can literally walk just about anywhere. Do not want to to walk rent one of many scooters right outside our door to get around!
