This condo is located in a historic building in Over-The-Rhine with all the modern conveniences. On the ground level floor you have a full-bathroom and bedroom, as well as a beautiful open floor plan accommodating a fully-furnished kitchen, dining area and living room. From this space you have access to a semi-private courtyard.
One floor down is the master suite, with a generous amount of floor space, walk-in closet, and bathroom with tub and shower, also a washer/dyer.
We are conveniently located on several Metro Bus routes, lots of restaurants, and grocery shopping options, and some beautiful green spaces for both people and dogs (we do host 4 legged friends!)
