On the parking issue, we want to assure you that the parking spaces can accommodate regular car sizes, including sedans and SUVs. In fact, even large trucks and oversized vehicles have fit comfortably in the past. However, upon reviewing security footage when we discovered car tracks in our landscaping, we noticed that your specific parking maneuvers, even with what we would consider a regular-sized cars, caused some issues, which included driving over landscaped areas. To help future visitors, we'll be clarifying parking instructions in the listing and with signage at the property. In the future, we would hope that if anyone has any trouble parking or with the stairs, they won't hesitate to reach out to us directly. We'd be happy to assist in any way we can. Sadly, due to the stairs that come with our three story house we know that we won’t be able to accommodate all people with mobility issues.

I apologize for that neighbor and her incorrect information about her "driveway" which is a road that is not county maintained but after calling her she admitted you never were off County property. A bunch of the roads in Heceta Beach are not county maintained but public access like the one in front of our house.
