Ocean Pointe - Beach, Pool, Tennis, Marina, Gigabit Internet and Next Gen Xbox!

The Florida Keys are Open for visitors. We invite you to our private 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom paradise at Ocean Pointe, located in Tavernier, FL. Ocean Pointe offers some great amenities, including two tennis courts, a communal pool with a spacious jacuzzi, lounge, bar / café, private beach, marina (with boat ramp and wet slips), and pier. We are very centrally located, just minutes away from John Pennekamp State Park and some of the best local fresh seafood restaurants in the Keys!

This unit is our own paradise and getaway. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you'll arrive to. We designed this place to include everything we could dream of for a vacation home. Aside from the standard full kitchen, AC, and a new washer / dryer, our unit offers unlimited gigabit internet speeds inside (VERY fast wifi - remote workers will LOVE this), 4K TVs in every room (who doesn't love binging Netflix shows on vacation?), and a NEXT GEN Xbox Series S with an active Game Pass subscription (over 100 high quality games for both the casual and hardcore gamer alike).

Boats / Marina Notes: Boats up to 28 feet can be accommodated through the resort marina. Ocean Pointe Vessel Reservation Request Form must be completed and boat owners must have a copy of their current insurance policy summary page, indicating $300k liability and $100k property damage coverage before boats are allowed on property. All boat requests MUST be made with Ocean Pointe Marina directly before boats can enter the property. Jet Skis are not allowed on property.

Per Ocean Pointe rules, only two vehicles are permitted on property per reservation.

Lastly, for the safety and security of our unit and guests, we have a video doorbell installed to the right of the front door which only covers the exterior of the front door of the unit.
