Enjoy a piece of paradise! Cabana Club Unit 207, is the perfect beach getaway located at 3450 Scenic Highway 98 on beautiful Crystal Beach in Destin Florida. Cabana Club is a four-story low-density, low-rise condominium, which means no crowded beaches. This second floor beachfront unit features a private balcony for enjoying your morning coffee, romantic evening sunsets and dolphin watching. The property includes a BBQ grilling area. No pool on property, but the sugar white sand and emerald clear Gulf of Mexico is just steps away for swimming. . Enjoy the soft sugar white sand beach and emerald waters just steps from the condo! It is located right ON THE BEACH!

Conveniently located within minutes to popular Destin shopping attractions like Destin Commons and Silver Sands outlet. Also, some of Destin’s finest restaurants like Camille’s and Crab Trap are just a short drive away.


Unit 207 is a spacious 1100 sq ft 1 bedroom/1.5 bath condo featuring:

We had an amazing vacation and excellent stay at Club Cabana! The condo not only was very well kept and clean but had a very comfortable bed with all the necessities we needed. Location is very private and quiet while offering an excellent view of the ocean. You are Literally right on the beach. We definitely will be revisiting Club Cabana!

The Good - Great view, clean, comfortable, nice area.The Bad - We could not sit on the balcony (my wife's favorite place to sit and listen to the ocean) because of neighbors next door. 1- Cigarette smoke, then marijuana smoke all morning long constantly blowing into our area. We don't smoke. 2 - Very loud talkers. 3- Flying a drone around the beach and building was totally unacceptable. (I have a video of it returning to their balcony) So much for a relaxing vacation!

We had a great experience. All check in and parking info was communicated to us beforehand. There is an elevator so bringing all our stuff up was easy. The condo is directly on the beach so the view is spectacular. And there is a shower outside to wash all the sand off. The bed is sooo comfortable and the walk in shower is awesome. We cant wait to come back!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 5th year staying with the Cabana Club in this particular condo and we absolutely love everything about it! Our contact Carolyn has always been very quick to answer questions or resolve a problem, our air went out and she had it fixed within the hour. We love coming to the Cabana Club and Destin and look forward to it every year. The only complaint bee had this year were some noisy tenants in the condo above us but we didn't say anything.

The only reason I’m giving it 4stars is because throughout our stay, we couldn’t sit on the patio to enjoy our morning coffee or sometimes lunch because someone at another unit next door stunk up the patio area air with weed! Inconsiderate! Hopefully when we come back to the condo in the future that we wouldn’t have that experience.

Sisters getaway

Everything was great! The only negative thing I found was the mattress needed to be updated. Best condo on the beach, not crowded and close to everything you need, plus the view is spectacular. Have stayed here a couple times, and will probably be back

Reviewer Comments: Positive - Great view of crystal clear Gulf, couple hundred steps to beautiful beach, clean throughout, comfy bed, excellent shower, convenient washer and dryer, close to Publix and restaurants. Room for improvement- gate to beach didn’t work correctly and general public took advantage to gain access to and leave beach.; proximity to crowded public beaches meant lots of spillover that wasn’t monitored making it feel less private and exclusive. Had to reset breaker several times ... seemed related to microwave and/or coffee maker.

Paradise found

I went to room 207 with my girlfriend and came back engaged to her! The view is amazing. White sand , emerald water that turns clear when you enter it. We went in April and the beach had plenty of room, not crowded at all, very private. The bbq was convenient and in good order. Overall we were pleased with our stay and the access to the beach. We plan on returning in the future!

Relaxing

I am so glad I found this place for our trip. My husband and I loved our balcony. The view was amazing. We seen dolphins our last morning there while drinking coffee on the balcony. We loved walking the beach and checking out the local shops and restaurants. Close enough to Destin boardwalk which I would recommend. We loved it and will definitely be back. The condo was perfect for us. Literally feet from the beach.
