Perfect for our needs

Property is in a great location and nice and quiet neighborhood close to amenities an about 45 minutes from the theme parks mostly due to traffic.We had no issues and the house was perfect for our needs since we were a big group

Review

The house was great, location was great. Would like to have known ahead of time that things like toilet paper, trash bags dish detergent were not included. Also the mattresses need to be updated, the master bedroom squeeked with every Move and one upstairs very uncomfortable. Also the washer needs a special detergent.

Beautiful home but could use some TLC

The house is beautiful but the electrical needs some work some lights didn't work and some would flash. There were no extra toilet paper for the bathrooms and no cleaning supplies. We had to buy them in order to clean the place. There was screen missing on the Lanai around the pool area.

Great time for Thanksgiving

This was our first time staying at a vacation home and it was a great experience. The house was exactly how it was presented online. The property owner responded promptly to all of our communications regarding a few issues that we encountered during our stay. We had enough room for my family and the kids really enjoyed the pool & the air hockey and pool table in the garage. We liked the open air concept of the kitchen and living space. This was better than staying at a hotel, because we had all of the comforts of home, yet it still felt like a "getaway". Overall it was a great experience.

Assured Great Stay

The location was perfect. If we needed anything Oscar made sure we received it asap. The pool was such a great part and made the stay comfortable for us all.

Well worth it.

Had a family of 11 stay here. Plenty of room for everybody. House was clean and stacked with everything that you would need. Dishes, towels and extra blankets. It was a very nice area with local security. Close to everything you would want to do. Only about an hour from Cocoa Beach the drive was really Nice. The owner and manager were really helpful they answered quickly anytime we had any questions or concerns. All around is a really nice place to be with the family I would totally recommend renting from this host.

It was in a great location and clean. It just needs a better ac unit.

We put the ac on 72, it felt like 80 in the house. The house was in a great location and clean. In the down stairs bedroom the mattress felt like a rock. It needs new blinds for the windows. Everything else was great, like I said the house was really clean.

Family vacation

Pros: swimming pool was a refreshing after at of walking out in this Florida weather. Cons: A/C did not work upstairs we had to buy 2 small fans so my children could sleep comfortably. Beds were out dated. Bed squeaked everytime you would move. Mattresses were terrible.

The house was a nice house just a few things weren't up to par

This house is a nice house... there was a major problem with flies inside and outside of the property. I've stayed at a few vacation rentals, and this one had very very few towels. I bring my own but some of my family didn't..I had to call the owner to drop some off the next morning! Other than that it was a decent house for the price we paid. Could use a little fixing up as far as the blinds, furniture and the tvs were extra small.. over all ill give 3 stars

There was no problem renting, but the cleaning crew /manager need to be replaced. We were told all the garages smell like that, and the outside door doesn’t open just terrible we were not able to use the game room/garage because of the smell and dirt. We had to keep the entry door to the house closed.
